Horrible experience, unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Had to come back twice because the first individual had no idea what she was doing and asked me to come back the next day because her manager would be in and could help. When I returned I once again got another individual that had no idea what they were doing but luckily was able to get ahold of the manager this time. Horrible customer service, do not utilize this location.

Showed up on time for my appointment and was told that she didn't d see my appointment and that they couldn't do it do to her boss's illness. Now I got 4 reminders of my appointment one 1hour before and 1 25 min before.I am wonder if the coolant fulfill the appointments made that some kind of notice should be given.So I will happily look elsewhere.

This office did my tax for 2019 and 2020. And I provided all my documents to them . Both year I been audit by the IRS . To many mistakes the don’t have people knows the tax laws. The just guessing. I try to get hold with manger or the owner no response. The don’t help me to fix the mistake the did . I end up do by my self and send to the IRS to complete the audit for the irs . Just the don’t have knowledge regarding schedule C . The need help .

This location prepared my taxes and after filing I received a letter from the IRS stating it was incorrect. After many attempts and missed appointments, I was finally able to get in and they did an amended return. I received another letter from the IRS stating that it was incorrect... Same as before. Again after attempts, I was finally able to get in with but with a different person. After a week and many, many hours he stated he could not do my amended return. He said I had to contact another person at that location which I was unable to do. I had to take it to another location, and they were fantastic, to do my return. Of course penalties and interest had accrued. And in an attempt to get these covered by this location, I was obviously unsuccessful. I would absolutely not recommend this location. As a side note, when I got my taxes done for the year that has been messed up, I only came to this location because we had been successful in the past. My husband had just passed away and I needed to get these filed. I also feel as if this location took advantage me and overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. Do not use this location.

You could improve your customer service. You could prepare taxes correctly. And if there's a mistake, you could actually amend them correctly. You could also consider paying the interest in penalties accrued from your mistake. You might actually not overcharge people who have recently been widowed...... since this posting, I have received a refund. but it didn't come before dozens of phone calls to corporate and the local office. along with complaints to several governmental offices. Use at your own discretion.

I tried to file my taxes back in February and in April I was informed the lost my w2 told me they would fix everything and call me back and never did ? and everytime I try to call when their open no one ever picks up I try to go in when their hours are open and they are somehow closed during business hours

If I could rate lower I would. I usually do my taxes myself but since I was interested in the advance I went to liberty tax because I had gone in the past. Everytime I have ever wanted the advance I got approved, so when I got an email stating that I wasn't I was surprised. I dont owe the IRS any money never have, never have had any issues with the IRS so it was strange as to why I wasn't approved. The approval is also not credit based it goes off of the amount of refund you will receive. So when she prepared my taxes she had me select which loan amount I wanted and I did. When I got that email saying I wasn't approved later that night again I was surprised and it stayed on my mind all night because it was strange. So I investigated. Long story short I ended up contacting the bank that the loan goes through they stated that they didn't even have me in the system for applying. The bank lady told me if I had actually applied that i would be in the system and I wasn't. She told me to go back to liberty tax to make sure they submitted the loan and when I called back the I couldn't no longer get through. I initially called liberty to see if they could called the bank for me to have them reconsider and the lady at liberty told me they didnt have any control over it so that is when I called the bank and they stated that I wasn't in the system. When I tried to call libert back that is when I could no longer get through. The calls were going straight to voicemail like it was a cell phone or something. As if she had blocked me. Also the amount that she changed me was $818.00 initially and when I told her that that was an insane amount she said she had already given me a discount which came to $421.00 I still have never paid that much to have my return completed. It was one of those things were you knew at the time it was sketchy but proceeded. She never asked me how I wanted to pay she just took it from my refund. Although I had some cash to pay. After looking at all my paperwork closely things just didnt add up so I called another liberty tax location and everything I told them they just almost had no words. Told me a lot of what they did wasn't right. So am having the regal manager look into my case and I am also looking to see about putting them on the news because this is just awful. I wish I had reviewed the other comments before I came to them . STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
