Brought them my new-to-me used 690 to have it fully serviced and checked out. They did an amazing job. Setting the appointment was easy, and they were very thorough and professional with the service. Friendly, knowledgeable, laid back, no pressure, super helpful. Lots of pretty bikes to drool over while I waited, too. I'll definitely be back for my next service!

Loved my experience with Jimmy and the staff. We had an issue with a new to us bike purchased from a private seller, which unbeknownst to us, had a pre existing issue that we were unaware of. Jimmy and staff fixed up this issue and made my teenage boy a happy dude. I will forever be a fan of theirs!

These scam artists charged me $350+ for my motorcycle's first service which was supposed to be free in the first place based off the agreement I had with the sales manager when originally buying the motorcycle. The service manager also originally told me the first service would only take a COUPLE hours to complete which turned into three hours during which I witnessed the mechanics leaving the shop midway through the service! So, then these scam artists decide to charge me $350+ for a three hour service after which my bike is still leaking fluids. They've since told me to bring the motorcycle back in so they can take another look. Why would I bring the motorcycle back in after you clearly failed to do your job correctly the first time?! Stay away from these scam artists!!!

I drove from Colorado to Letko because they had the best prices and customer service. It was well worth the drive. We ended up buying 3 bikes between my buddies and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Letko was. Chance, Jim and Jason are world class gentlemen and really took care of us. I could not be more happy with Letko. Thank you! I’ll be back :)

I’ve used a Letko a few times for service now and the work is always done well. They never mark up prices and always give me honest quotes. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to KTMs and the work is done right the first time. Ordering parts from them is easy as well. I’m a very happy customer.

If you're looking for a Zero or KTM go to Gails powersports, not here. These guys have stone face bad attitudes, until your low APR loan goes through that the manager constantly doubted you on. Then you are treated like family until you've signed away your money. Back to the not caring attitude. Jimmy was one of the few exceptions. I brought in a bike to get warranty service done and when I came to pick it up they tried to charge me over 200$...now the warranty work they did is failing again and they refuse to fix it on the bike they sold me new! Bad management never fails to amaze me. Zero will love this.
