There's no point of providing anyone's contact information for me to contact, as you guys will just ignore it anyways, like how you guys did while we WERE licensed. As my fiance, Sarah Xiong specified in her review that was submitted prior to mine, but you guys somehow just seemed to have skipped it also, just again, proves that you guys will not try to improve your process or policies. ARE YOU ALL REALLY IN THIS FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THESE KIDS/FAMILIES? DO YOU GUYS REALLY CARE IF THESE KIDS DO GET ADOPTED? Apparently it didn't matter in OUR case, and in a lot of other foster homes that we've spoken to, cases as well. Until someone actually reaches out to us and make things right, your agency will just continue to traumatize and ruin these families.

I worked for KVC in the accounts receivable department in Olathe kansas in 2020 for Kathleen Lehman. For the first 6 months, I adored Kathleen and loved working for her. Then we had to work from home because of COVID and I had to use my personal laptop which has outdated Microsoft programs. Kathleen often accused me of not working. This was not true. I take pride in my work ethic. I work extremely hard in any job and rarely take breaks, which is my choice. I set a personal goal for my self to exceed expectations. To constantly have my boss accuse me of not working was very hurtful and miserable to work in that environment. I did ask her if she thought that I wasn't working then how was all of my work getting done? She had no answer to that. I did find a new job and gave my 2 weeks notice. Kathleen asked me to submit my resignation letter. I was honest and very professional. Kathleen then called me and told me that due to what I put in my resignation letter I was not able to finish out my 2 weeks and I was to leave the company immediately. In conclusion, you cannot be honest and give your opinions if you work for this company. Management will not support you here even if you work hard.

Kvc has put me and my wife to be through hell Victoria Clark says one thing and does another then when it come time for court her and casa both write lies to the court just to make lies about us she claims that we are distant from her is because we don't trust her we have asked for a new case manager to be assigned, but her supervisor is just as bad by referring to. Give us a new case Manger saying that Victoria is doing everything right I feel that dcf should pull there contract from kvc and eather take over fully or asking the contract to some one who can do the job better I have seen worse families get treated better. And the fact that Victoria trues to twise the words of the foster mom and us is not a good case worker. If kvc really does care then take this advice either subspend Victoria from all case and interview all her cases asign them to someone eals and see how things go if right then everything will improve if wrong the put back in action

I was involved with the facility back in 2017. Andrew Staum was literally an amazing caseworker. He seemed genuine. While I had other issues going on with my case, KVC was easy to deal with and seemed to want me to succeed. I should have taken better advantage of the resources offered. The parenting class offered was actually great too. I feel like all new parents should have to take that class.

Some caseworkers are wonderful, but my caseworker AND her boss are both bullying me on a daily basis. I'm to the point of tears. I speak slowly and with a slight slur, but they both insist that I am impaired on drugs, including a false positive for pcp, which I have never used or even seen in my life! The caseworker then sent a mass email to my attorney, my husband's attorney, and to my entire family, informing everyone that I have failed a drug test for illicit drugs, and that she intends to write my false positive test results in the court report to the judge. The ua tests are very inaccurate due to several caseworkers not being able to read them properly, so do not trust them if you have to take random uas. Trust me, go to a licensed testing site. My caseworker refuses to provide me with a copy of the case plan for my children, so I am unsure of what tasks I have to complete before my next court date. I am deeply disappointed in the failure of service by KVC, and the lack of support given to parents. I once enjoyed being a part of kvc, but their abuse of power has left me feeling like I'm seen as a piece of garbage in their eyes. Approach with caution..

Contacted the case worker, Kristen, and her supervisor, Courtney, trying to find out how we can get a foster child transported to his school. (We have people at our church willing and able to provide transportation!!)
