Staff was helpful, although they were out of the item I was looking for. A staff member checked other stores and told me the plaza store had it. Traveled to the plaza store where the employees were not of any help

The customer service here is terrible. My kids bought me a sweatshirt for Christmas, and it was too big. I went in and asked them if they could return this one and order me another one and I could pick up in the store or they could ship. She told me they can't do orders, so I asked her if she could call another store. She looked online and told me Oak Park has one in my size, but she can't guarantee the computer is correct. I asked her to call and if they have it, could they hold it since they only have 1 and I would drive over there - she said they can't do that. So, I asked her what she could do - she said refund the card it was purchased on or give you a gift card and you can go shop at other stores or order online. I said, fine, I will take a gift card and order online - she then proceeded to tell me the gift card would not work for several hours. Why have a store with employees, if you can't help the customer. GO TO THE OAK PARK STORE - I CALLED AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL

This store is PACKED with products! There are not only T shirts, hoodies etc ..but also games, household products and pet items They have a great selection for all of your Kansas City teams and KC LOVE!!
