Super fast service, called to make an appointment, had my car in the same day and it was fixed right the next day! Super friendly people and would definitely recommend to anyone needing auto repair/maintenance services.

100% recommend. If you want great customer service, and honest mechanics this is the place to go. They were so wonderful and did amazing. My car is like new. Will only come here when I need work done on my car.

I was in the market for an A to B car and found one on Facebook Marketplace from In Motion Auto and Sales a 2003 Mercury Gand Marquis. I worked with Kyrel originally to look at the car, he was very responsive, accommodating, and personable. He did not pressure and answered questions as they came up, and if he did not know, he would not just give BS, he would ask! I also interacted with Kwest who also was responsive, accommodating and personable during the process and was helpful with the title process. After I purchased the car, I drove it about 90 miles and the blending actuator for the climate control went bad and it was stuck on hot. I contacted Kyrel and he instructed me to bring it by and he was confident the owner would help me out! The next day I went to the shop and David, the owner was also personable and knowledgeable of the vehicle, was able to fix the issue. He handed the car to his most experienced technician, Rick, and dropped everything to make it right, and he had it repaired in 2 hours, and it was free! I am not sure how many people know what a process it is to replace an actuator, but you do need finesse! I truly believe David stands behind his work and cars, and people need to understand he is not a prophet so he cannot find everything! Which is why he gives a 30 day warranty and MOST places do not give warranties on 21 year old cars! Frankly, if I am in the market for an A to B car again, I will be going back to In Motion!

Dave at the front desk helped me out a lot today. Long story short my husbands tire blew the night before and we needed a tire fast. I called Dave at In Motion Auto in the morning the next day and he was able to get a tire in for us the same day on top of installing and a rotation.
I have nothing but praise for this shop. I have had all my work done for my car and now I have converted my husband too!

When attempting to purchase a vehicle with the owners son I was told, “this isn’t the vehicle for you”. I guess they don’t like money which makes sense since the owner said they can hardly keep the lights on. The owners son claims to be the lead tech but can’t fix a ham sandwich. 0 stars! Was essentially scammed. Was sold a car that had an issue the day after I got it home. The problem was "fixed" for about 2 months until it popped back up. Took it to the dealer and it's going to be almost the price of the car again. Was told there's nothing they can do. Buy at your own peril, I recommend anywhere else.

Came here for an intoxalock calibration. The man at the desk tried telling me I couldn't do it here if it wasn't my "home" store, which never matters anywhere else I've gone. He proceeded to cuss and grumble the whole way out to my car and without saying anything aggressively tried to open it. He then cussed and grumbled the whole way back in where he asked me to spell my name over and over because he was angry. He slammed my device around and opened and slammed drawers and didn't say almost anything else besides "there's your device". Coming alone as a woman I felt so unsafe and absolutely will never return.
