Very bad don't ever go there for a discounted price. If you ask them for reduced price using insurance, they say to come back after 2 days and meanwhile take 1 medicine for out of network price. People at pharmacy are there to fool everyone. By chance if they accept coupons or your insurance too then they would still charge more than insurance price and won't say until they charge you . Very bad experiences several times , it's best to switching to some other pharmacy.

Antibiotics script for my infant was lost by pharmacy and the prescription before that was not being worked on until after I arrived. Maybe they have too many prescriptions and can't keep up? I will probably be heading to one of the others in the area.

Genuinely wish this location would work out for us. Unfortunately, more times then not, they do not have the prescribed medication in stock. What is more frustrating, prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy by a doctor, you show up 2+ hours later only to be told that it is not in stock. Our prescription for antibiotic eyedrops was transferred across the street to Walgreens, instantly my wife received a text message from Walgreens with confirmation and an estimated time to fill it. The people at this pharmacy are nice but the service has not been great for a year or two now which is evident by the growing number of low star reviews.

We drove 95 miles to get the least expensive chemo drug price and was told what was ordered 2 weeks ago was backordered. Olathe Health called twice and was assured it would be ready. Absolutely no communication. I can't prove it but I would guess if insurance was covering it, they would have been johnny on the spot. But since they can't make 2000 dollars on a life saving drug, just forget it.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy service! Its takes forever to get prescriptions prepared, and then suddenly when you call them to ask whats taking so long it becomes ready in 30 min! This happened with almost all my prescriptions! Done with this Hyvee

The teenager at the Pharmacy's front desk was more helpful and professional than the blonde pharmacist who stood in the back loudly bad mouthing clients, talking rudely to other staff and complaining about other departments. I was so uncomfortable waiting for the prescription I ended up leaving it and filling it elsewhere.

I love this place. I’ve gone there since Jamie, Michelle and Deb were pretty much the originals. They are just outstanding and I appreciate them all.For those of you with so much negative to say, I’d like to proffer this; they are worked to the ever loving edge of what anyone could do at any job! These girls just never STOP. I don’t know how they do it. Yes, I’ve stood in those lines too, but even when you do they move fast.They’ve gotten so popular they can and do, at times, run out of certain things. But that’s because they are so good, not bad! They have to live within allocations they get.You won’t find more caring, loving help any where. If you don’t like how something had gone, just ask for Deb or Michelle. They’re the best there is, anywhere.

A constant barrage of excuses month after month. As a customer you try to help them so they can help you. Soooo, when I use the App, their excuse is the app is inaccurate. So they suggest to call. When you call (on a weekend) they say they’ll have the prescriptions ready by noon on Monday. Well, here I am typing this at 6:46pm and they haven’t even started working on them. But wait, it gets better…I have the wonderful pleasure of waiting 30 more minutes. And when questioned about their performance, guess what…yep, excuses. As a customer or ANY company, ya just want service. Ya just wasn’t to be taken care of. Not a lot of discussion on why they didn’t, or why they can’t…just service! It shouldn’t be this hard, especially when you’re at the last mile and simply needing scripts filled. My suggestion, avoid this place like the plague. Walgreens, CVS, Etc have their challenges, and I’ve experienced some things there as well. But nothing on the level of blatant incompetence as this location.

This pharmacy is a great location with a great staff. I’ve continuously had positive experiences here and the prices are unbeatable with GoodRX. The lines can definitely get long, but the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly.
