I was so extremely thrilled with the professionalism of this office. I mean, compared to Jackson Hewitt, a person just has to show up and do their job, so it wasn't that hard.However, Mona went above and beyond by accepting me as a new client just walking in. I have limited days off so when the Jackson Hewitt tax "pro" just did not show up, I had to find someone who could do taxes today.Mona did not disappoint! I got even more back this year AND it was over $200 cheaper than last year at JH. Mona and H&R Block, you have gained a customer for life!! I highly recommend this office!

Coming there for my taxes has always been a easy and stress-free experience. Donna is a wonderful tax pro and I feel confident that she gets me my max refund. The lady who greeted me as soon as she saw me was very friendly and professional. I was in and out of there in less than an hour.
