I recently purchased a Honda Civic Sport from Honda of Olathe, and the experience was fantastic. Carson, Chris, and Jeffrey all provided excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and offered me a fair price on my trade-in. What I appreciated the most was the no-pressure environment—they allowed me to make decisions at my own pace. Throughout the entire process, they were courteous, professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made the transaction seamless and easy. I highly recommend Honda of Olathe for anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.

I came in with my parents, and we talked to Karold who was great, talked us through everything and made the process easy. We started texting back and forth with two different managers, Angelo and Brookelynne. Brookelynne let us know we were approved, I asked her what we needed ahead of time because we live 30 minutes out and didn’t want to be going back and forth for different paperwork. She let us know of three things. There was an issue once we came in about paperwork, and the co-signer then asked us for one thing, we gave it over, asked for another, we gave it over. She said the bank wasn’t giving her clear information? A bank? This is a manager, who should know ahead of time what is needed. I understand that’s why they’re in charge of talking to banks and lenders because they may ask for different things. But to not have precautions and ask to bring in things they’ve asked for before, is absurd. We were told we were approved and all we had to do was bring in insurance and a license, and it was to drive off that day. We came in, were shown the car and left that day with nothing. I’m wondering now if they made it harder for us to get the car because they had already accidentally sold it to another person. I understand not everyone’s situation is the same, but to be told to come in to finish paperwork and then be told different things we needed after arriving is not connecting. We stopped the process and will not be returning.

Very low to no pressure. Super patient and helpful. They were knowledgeable and worked with me. I had gone to another location first and had a terrible experience. I was considering just saying screw it, but read good things about this location and definitely agree with those good things. Nice people, nice location, and even with how busy they were, I felt like a priority, but not like I was being rushed or anything.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door here. Rob was very respectful of our time and wishes. Never pushy but always informative. He answered every question we had and when he didn’t know the answer he said he would find the answer. After we purchased our vehicle, he set everything up and said he would continue teaching me how to use the tech inside the vehicle until I was ready to leave. Even though they were very busy that day, I still felt like the number one priority.

Rob and Chris did an awesome job advising us on the different features and options they have, and assisted in narrowing down to what fit our preferences without pressuring or locking us into a higher end car with extra features we didn't want or need. Versatile vehicle options and great coverage / warranty available. Very low pressure and super helpful. We've been going here for maintenance with our older civic for awhile and very glad we settled on buying our newest vehicle here too! :)

Nice Honda store, ideal for your car services. The snack area and kids' zone could be a life saver. Friendly staff with options of staying in and waiting at their nice lobby or you can get a loaner or they also have a shuttle service.

I literally bought a car via text, which is insane, but we have this luxury now. I cannot express how stress FREE and QUICK the process was. I put an inquiry in through the website, I received a text moments later from Par who worked quickly to find exactly what I had requested. The communication he provided was second to none. Selden made me feel absolutely so comfortable during my 'test' drive with my car. Both Par and Selden had this no pressure approach which was a huge relief. They were the bomb and I love my new car!

Overall it was a good experience buying a 2020 CR-V at Honda of Olathe. Sam was great from start to finish, starting out learning what we wanted to look at and in the end sending me out with my car after configuring all the settings and teaching me about them! Nick was helpful through the details. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was a mistake in the initial communication of the warranty status and loan interest rate. It cost us an extra hour or so at the dealer. But overall it was still a wonderful experience!

I had a great customer experience with Selden S. the moment I walked into the building. He offered me beverages, gave me a nice tour of the vehicle of choice, and never forgot about my presence while I waited in the lobby. Anything I needed, he was very attentive, polite and professional.
The sale was a great experience as well! Amy G. attended me and she made the whole thing feel smooth, on point and best of all, pressure less. She answered all my questions and inquiries on the dot and made me feel comfortable with the entire experience. She did everything she could to work with my budget and the best recommendation for the type of purchases.
I can’t thank you both enough for making the visit an accommodating and great experience! I was able to leave with a wonderful vehicle I love using now! I look forward to working with this location again! I’m officially a Honda enthusiast! ?
