First off, didn’t realize the rules changed for you where you don’t have to bring back a product to get a refund (most stores require it). They said they’d give you a refund if you brought it back, no clue if you have but if you did you got your money back so don’t know why you’re still whining. And wow a $20,000 garden shed! That’s quite a big garden shed, they have some nice ones on Amazon for 7-9k maybe you should try there! Or go to a regular box store. I’m only commenting because people like you are so irritating, acting entitled. Yes, the company is at fault because they did not provide an adequate product but you were offered a solution were you not? 2-3 stars is a more appropriate rating. I prefer to shop where people like you aren’t around anyway.”

“Used curbside pickup. I had to wait about 10 minutes, which was fine for me. Nice folks to deal with. And unexpected choices, found something ( a vertical 2 light outdoor low voltage light) I did know existed. It is amazing the things that are available today.”

“Our visit started by coming to Home Depot to get some fans for our gazebo. We looked at a couple different spots. Wasn’t sure what we were getting so we went to customer service where we met this nice young man named Erik. He took the fan out of the fans out of the box to kind of show us what we would do to be able to hang these in our gazebo not only did he show us that part he took us back to the chains that we needed to hang it showed us which ones cut them gave us the hooks all the things we needed to make our gazebo a friendly, cool place. This young man went above and beyond what he would be expected to do for that we were very appreciative. We get onto customer service met two other young people that were very, very helpful. One name Miles and one name Lisa These two people were great at handling our checkout process. We had two gift cards to use and they came over and helped us use those gift cards. We talked to the manager of your facility that is over your self check out and your customer service area just to let her know how nice these three young people were to assist us in our need and Home Depot on a Saturday afternoon so please recognize these three people. They are a great asset to the Home Depot family.”

“JOSH was very nice and professional throughout our time at TSC. He took an interest in helping us to locate our items and load them into our truck. The large cattle panel we bought, he loaded and secured in the truck and assured us that it is safe for us to drive it with. This is far away the best experience we received recently. Josh was super helpful and recommend him for any future projects/purchases at TSC.”

“Generally have a good experience at Menards, some of the organization of the store can be confusing if you are used to the standard Home Depot/Lowes in the area. The lumber and building materials I have found are much better than what you find at the others. I usually will end up paying a little bit more because I am able to go into the back yard area and pick my order and generally have better selection than what the others provide. As far as the rebates go, the waiting time is horrible. I get they want you spend the money in the store again but waiting 10-12 weeks is a little crazy.”

“Wow? the selection of plants fruits vegetables everything is out of this world ?!! I'm loving it ? if you're trying to get your Zen ?‍↔️ on, this is the place to go ?! They have the potting soil the gardening soil everything you could need! Every time I drive by it looks so beautiful and so fully stocked and it's so easy to drop in and buy a couple plants and get right back out ?!! The staff has been super friendly to me ☺️. They even gave me some great successful hints of things that I might want to buy? the next time I come. They flat-out made my shopping experience great ?and I only pulled up and walked through the gardening door grab a couple plants and checked on left! Just imagine,? ? what the in-store shopping experience is like!?”
