Room was ok but they tried to charge me $50 day after checking out of a clean room. Fortunately it was declined by my bank. Very shady business practices.

All Hampton Inns are not created equally. I received excellent service, but the rooms at this location are dated.

11/05 loud hotel alarm goes off in the middle of the night and stays on for hours. Would not recommend if you value your sleep.

First room had sofa with no mattress. 2nd room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. Had plenty to choose from.

I have never been more disappointed in a hotel and their compassion when dealing with bed bugs in room.I had a bed bug in my room (room 147) and the two women working at the front desk have been awful! I was moved rooms, told to talk at the manager at 3pm. I go to speak to them at 6 and the lady told me “what do you want, we’ve already accommodated by moving rooms”. This was not the manager apparently. (I was hoping to get garbage bags and use their dryer to try to kill any bugs/eggs in my belongings before I take my stuff home)The following morning I requested garbage bags and an hour later check out to give me time to dry all my belongings so I don’t take bed bugs home….was told it’s $1.75 and I could not be accommodated an extra hour for late check out. I was given one garage bag. ( we are here for a soccer tournament and we had a 7am game so time was limited)Bed bugs happen, I understand that I wasn’t even going to post about it. But, with two staff members and a lack of understanding and grace for this situation towards me, I feel people should know that the Hampton Inn and their staff will not be so helpful if this happens to you here. So disappointing.I will say I could see they already started to treat the room we were in so that is appreciated.Edited to add that at 9:40am my key cards have been deactivated. Check out isn’t until 11am.

Horrible experience! As you will see in the related picture, we were placed in a room that clearly had a mold problem. First, no one should have been give this room as this is a large and obvious problem. Second, anyone having to stay in a room with this problem should be given a full refund and moved to a room without an obvious mold problem. However, that is not how Hampton/Hilton decided to play this one. After realizing we had this problem on night two of a two night stay, we were given the option of a one night refund OR the chance to move rooms for the second night. Wrong answer! We should have been given a refund for the first night since we never should have been placed in such a horrible room. We also should have been moved to a room without mold without having to give up a refund for the first night. Beyond disappointed.Rooms: NOT CLEAN. MOLD!

I never give 5 stars. I’ve been to MANY hotels. This one was good value in my opinion. Clean. Updated. Breakfast was great. Pleasantly decorated and organized with lots of toppings for waffles! Nice linen and towels. Plenty of towels.

A big shout out to Jordan who helped us when we needed to get checked into a hotel asap due to an emergency at our house. Thank you, Jordan! Our room was clean and quiet and the price was very reasonable.

Great affordable hotel in a great location, movies, stores and many restaurants close by. Great service, attentive and caring staff and great breakfast. Very positive environment. Love that.

Worse Hampton Inn ever. Toilet paper holder coming off wall. Chairs in room so uncomfortable I've ever sat on. Asked for a walkin shower, got one, but the floor Wasson slippery in the shower I had to hold on to the bars the entire shower. Our son was coming over,.and we asked the person at the desk if we could lower the TV. She told us the TV was for guests we are guests! Attitude was awful. Now, for the best. On the bed were 18" pillows, which are really throw pillows for a couch. Hard as a rock, it's a good thing we had our pesonal bed pillows. Then the morning we said something about our stay and we were told that you all were remodeling. So what, is that a reason for our awful stay.By the way, the reservations were in the name of Alan Smith. Never again!

The hotel was clean and the receptionist, Kim, was super friendly and helpful to our needs. She made us feel welcomed and at home. The pool needs some touch-ups, but the water was clean as well as the hot tub. Our room met our needs, but I can tell its been used alot and would benefit from some tlc. The breakfast area was good, along with the typical options Hampton Inn offers. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
