This is a review of the corporate decisions I guess.I first called and was told that they don't do appointments. So we walked in and were *required* to provide our phone numbers to even be put on the waiting list. She said there was no way to get us in without a phone number.They said it was a 30 minute wait, and, even though they had our phone numbers, they would be unable to call us when ready if we went just next door to shop while waiting.We came back after like 20 minutes and they had given up our spots and told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes to get a haircut. They recommended signing into the app.Everyone already knows Great Clips gives awful haircuts like 50% of the time.I DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO GET A DARN HAIRCUT! I only go to such a place for the convenience. They've eliminated that, and now ask for my personal info (which I am sure they sell). No more Great Clips EVER for me and the person I went with.Edit: owner told me to email corporate customer service. This was their response lol!"We would like to share your feedback with the local owner of the salon that you visited. Could you please email us back the location that you visited (address or phone #)? We will then pass along your feedback promptly."

I checked in online. And I got a message to head to the salon. She asked my name I told her. Again she asked my name I I told her in a louder voice. It made her mad. She was the next one to finish cutting hair. That customer paid and left. I was next, she began avoiding me. She cleaned her station, good. She swept the whole salon. She began collecting used guards from all the stations. This all took about 10 minutes. I finally got up told her to take my name off the list. I thought we checked in so we don't have to wait. Since I was the last customer with 2 ladies working. I think all of that cleaning could have been done after all customers were taken care of. I am done with this location maybe Great Clips all together.

Went here to get daughter’s hair cut, she asked for about one inch off and thinned hair. But Lisa decided that she knew better and took about five inches off and DID NOT thin it. We will not be back.

The stylist was good but the price is getting too high for me. I don't have that much hair. 10 minutes is all it takes.

THE WORST!!! I took my child in for a haircut and the two ladies were arguing with each other in front of me. It was so uncomfortable I should have left then but it got much worse. I showed pictures and explained what my child wanted. She didn’t even come close to what we asked for and another woman scolded me for standing near my child while they cut his hair. He has special needs and was very uncomfortable. She said I couldn’t stay near him while they cut his hair and she wasn’t even the one cutting it. Her exact words were “no but you can go sit down until he’s done thank you” in the MOST condescending voice. Once I walked away the lady cutting his hair cut the skin on the back of his neck with the clippers and he said “ouch”. She THREW her arms up and tossed the clippers on the counter and said “okay I’ll get the baby ones!” Absolute worst customer service, haircut, and overall experience.Service: Kids' cuts

This salon has got to be, hands down, one of the best Great Clips salons I have ever been to. It is clean, the staff are experienced and friendly,and they have a great selection of products for my hair. I just moved to the apartment complex across from the shopping center where they are located, and the convenience factor is through the roof!I'm so glad I found this salon!
