John and the team at Global Stone did an excellent job with our counter tops. John was particularly responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Iram and the team did a great job with cutting and install. The one minor issue was immediately fixed and looked great upon completion. We got a fantastic deal and are very happy.

Our countertops look great and we are very pleased with the purchase and buying/install process. Everyone we interacted with was responsive and professional. The install team was super- very respectful of our requests and skilled at getting the work done. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience!

First I didn't appreciate the bait and switch, where they told me prices before I arrived and verified with the general color and look I'm going for (white tones) - only to be shown black and brown slabs and remnants for those prices - and then on top of that a hilariously bad quote trying to sneak in an additional $2,000 "installation fee" for quartz countertops on top of the cost of the quartz itself. No other places charge an install fee because it's included in the price per sqft itself, which includes the slab, cutting, and install. Everywhere else had quoted around $3.4k to $3.8k while they quoted $5.8k because of this "fee" bumped it up so high. Waste of everyone's time ?

GS is Second to none on choices for the most modern and personal fit for what I’ve always looked for. Most recently I had a top install and shower accents that look amazing! I’ve always had a personal experience with the team at GS. For 10 years they have been my go to for my self, friends, and neighbors.

Subpar product with terribly sloppy craftsmanship. Equally worse was the service, they "lost" the top we picked out which caused multiple trips and in the end we didn't get what we originally paid for. When notified of their defective product they wouldn't even respond after multiple follow ups. Photos below to show- one top wasn't cut all the way through and the other had huge chunks in the sink cuts. Would never recommend and will work hard to let people know how awful they are.

I love my counters. They have a big beautiful supply of counters. Backsplash pretty much anything you would want I walked in the door fell in love with a quartzite. luckily they were having a 40% off and I could afford it. I have it for my counters and my backsplash. The employees are very helpful very friendly Ky was especially helpful. I told Kyle he was my favorite person because he got my husband to agree with me but honestly, I do appreciate that. Ky didn’t just talk to my husband he talk to both of us. If I do any more remodeling, I will definitely be going to Global Stone. My advice would be don’t buy until you at least check them out.

Not a place we'll ever be doing business with again. Waited months only to find out order was never submitted. When order did arrive packages were damaged. Had to order again, different lot (of course will not match). Owner / staff could care less once they have your money.

Very helpful and informative, especially since I knew nothing about what I was looking for.You can absolutely spend without a budget or definitely stay within one. No super hard sell, which was my #1 thing.

I have given a lot of thought before writing this review about our horrible experience with Global Stone. I wanted to wait to write until things had settled down from our remodel of two bathrooms, kitchen and carpet. I feel compelled to write because I truly would not want anyone else to go through the misery we did with Global Stone. When people ask me about who we used for our stone and tile and I tell them our miserable experience with Global Stone, they usually say, "The ones with the horrible commercials?" I have never seen what apparently are ridiculous commercials. Had I seen them, I doubt I would have set foot in the place. I like professionally run places and they apparently don't care about the image they project. Let me say that this is the absolute classic BAIT AND SWITCH!!! They know it all along and have instructed their sales people to sell one thing on the floor in their showroom, knowing full well that the granite, marble or quartz you are so carefully selecting will not be what you get, but instead something they choose from their remnants. You may order one type tile (in our case a large size subway), but once installed, it is a size they choose, trying to rid their over-stocked back room. If you go to them in person to try to figure out what in the process went wrong, the two owners sit and stare at your, emotionless, with no comment or acknowledgement that they have let you down. They do not care. Their callous comments to me included, "Life is not perfect," "Things are a mess in the backroom" and "We are opening a second store up north and things are a mess." This is their method of operation. The sad thing is that they have convinced and deluded themselves into thinking that this is normal and professional. One owner had the sadly misplaced audacity to pray at the end of one of our sessions in his showroom as I carefully made my backsplash and marble vanity selections. He prayed, then turned right around and took advantage of me. In addition to ignoring the choices you make, they then do not come close to honoring the price they originally quoted. I can honestly say that this is the most disappointed I have ever been in my life in dealing with anyone. We all know that making choices and decisions for one's home is so very personal and long-lasting. They have NO regard for you. They have been quoted by my remodeler as saying that despite their taking advantage of me that "I was now happy." They are wrong. I made do with their intentional switches and being unscrupulous. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I am not happy! And if the owner, Dave, prays for you, be careful.

Our initial experience was great. We spent over $10K for new flooring for our home. All was well until we were unable to obtain stair noses to match our floor. Though it was no fault of global stone that the company did not have the stair noses their customer service was terrible. After calling every couple of months for 16 months and NEVER receiving a call back or update we grew frustrated. When we went in to the store to get a real update and resolution we were given a refund, but no service recovery of any type was offered. I would not recommend using this company if customer service is what you seek.

We had the best experience. Ky went above and beyond in helping chose the right material. He explained the process and handled everything. He was always available to answer any questions. Jose and his team were incredible on the install. The installation was perfect and EVERYONE at Global Stone cares about their work. Truly the most positive company to work with from start to finish.

Wow. What a hidden gem. I have driven by this place many time until today. I entered near closing time and they took their time with me and gave me a tour of all their product. The marble slabs were beautiful and a specialty of theirs. I was looking for engineered hardwood and quartz counter tops for a project I'm working on and I will definitely be getting it from here. Customer is every important to me when I'm spending my money and from this first experience I know I will be in good hands. See you again soon.

You can purchase countertops anywhere. What made Global Stone special was the exceptional customer service from installer Jose Avila and his team. I have a difficult build and while the job was not an easy one or one without hiccups, Jose went well out of his way to make sure we were happy customers. Thank you to Jose and the install team. They did a fabulous job with our Taj Mahal Quartzite.

I called to get pricing on some granite and the lady who answered indicated I needed to come in to take a look first. I asked what prices start at and how they price they’re cutting of material. She did not want to answer my questions and indicated I needed to just come in. Online their hours showed they opened at 8 AM. I was there at 8 AM the next day and nobody was there to open the door but a car was parked and the lights were on. Online and on the front of the store indicated 8 AM is when they open. I drove 30 minutes to be there so I kept knocking and eventually a lady walked to the front door. She shouted through the door that they do not open until 9am. I let her know online it says 8am and then pointed to the sign on the front door that said 8am. She started to tear the 8am time off the window in front of me. I explained I drove 30 minutes to be there and would just like to look around. She literally just walked off. I came back at 9am and she was there working behind the counter. I was the only person there and she would not come out to help me and I left after 20 minutes. Customer service does not exist and I was disrespected in many ways as a customer trying to do business.
