It's dirty dirty dirty. Everything is broken & what prairie life used to be this is far from it. When I say it's DIRTY DIRTY I mean it's Fn nasty. Stop telling people you're renovating. They haven't updated ish. The locker room are Fn NASTY. Pool... nasty. Hot tub by the pool has dirt & sand in it. Now they got fans everywhere cuz they don't want to pay for proper ventilation for the humidity fitness centers create. Did I mention it's DIRTY DIRTY

We pai for nothing everything broken dont get repaired and the équipements are very old and not many machine there you have to wait or get inline and missing à lot the bath and steam room very dirry as well

Since Genesis took over this gym it's gone straight downhill. Out of order signs everywhere, SO DIRTY, I went Into the steam room and turned around it was so gross. There are never towels. We should get a reduced rate right now (cafe isn't even open). I know they're waiting for a renovation to occur, but that has nothing to do with keeping your place clean. Worst it's been in about 15 years. If there was closer gym to me I'd change.

good gym to workout in but locker room and sauna are absolutely disgusting and it has been brought to their attention with no response. please clean up the mold.

This is an amazing gym to workout in. Excellent all around upstairs. When they renovate the locker rooms like at other locations. This will then be the best location around. Until then the state of the men’s locker room deserves a rating of only 2 out of 5 stars. Please renovate it would make the biggest difference. Thanks

Very dirty and run down compared to the other Olathe location down the road. Majority of your workout is waiting on a machine and walking around piles of towels

Hello, my name is Carson. I review gyms in the Kansas City Area. Today we will be looking at “Genesis- East Olathe”
A solid gym for what it’s worth. Everything upstairs is good and works fine. However most machines besides the hammer strength machines are pretty outdated and slightly broken.
The building is definitely ready for the remodel coming soon. From the outdated tile floors, to the gross bathroom/ locker room walls.
One thing I wish they did that would be an easy fix is supplying towels in the locker room. I commonly have to come back and grab towels after I have already entered the locker room.
The front desk is always very kind and friendly. The trainers do a good job as well. Busy at common busy times but empty at other times.
Final notes; the pool is a solid size and the outdoor pool is decent as well. Although both are very outdated, they get the job done. The basketball court needs improvement.
This gym fits the standard for the price in my opinion. It is a great setup for the average gym-goer. However, doesn’t exceed any expectations

I just want to give a huge shout out to Danny White! He’s a part of the maintenance team and is by far one of the hardest workers I’ve ever witnessed. Not only that he is kind and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome five stars all around.
