One of the worst experiences I had,
It's been shown it is open till 8:30 pm and I went around 8 and I was rudely told by a member in a very rude tone
GET OUT OF FROM HERE,
When I have asked is there any possible chance to get a game.

I recently went in and bought a game. The case they had out on the shelf said it was for Xbox One / Xbox Series S. I have a One so went to the counter and told the cashier I want the Xbox One version. He said he only had a new one for sale. Fine. He went to the back to get the case, he put the disc in and the receipt in the disc after I paid and I left. I get home and realize he gave me the wrong version, series S. I go back the next day and the girl says she can’t return it because it’s already been opened, but she could do $8 cash. I told her the only person to open it was the guy who sold it to to put the disc and receipt in. She said sorry, and she could do $12 in store credit. I don’t get why I can’t get what I paid for, OR a refund for what I didn’t get.

I was told I couldn't return a defective controller because it was out of the return window. I told her that I have 30 days to return defective items. She said they still would not honor the return policy. Went to the Gamestop on Strang Line Rd and had no problem returning the defective controller there. Don’t waste your time at this store.

I purchased a game online to pick up in the store. When I arrived at the store, Cory was helping someone and was very slow. It was a long wait. Go to legends GameStop. Much better customer service.

So i walked in like i always have, and they turned me away since i opened carried, and they said you can't come in, so it sounds like they would rather me cancel and carry but its ok i been buying games and trading them for years and they just lost my busines and all the other people i know

I experienced a disgruntled customer battling it out with an associate about a gift card that was recieved instead of a visa card for trading in a phone or something. I waited about 30 minutes to find out they didn't have what I went in there for.

This store and associates went above and beyond the call of duty. They fixed a problem that another store that was not in their district created. They made a 13 year old over the moon happy. The appreciation of the employees at this store cannot be expressed enough. This store is worth the trip to go to!

This store is amazing for all your gaming needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I get the vibe that they're interested in satisfying their customers. We had an issue but the manager didn't give up until it was resolved. They also price match so please give these guys a try first.
