They do not deliver packages in the indicated time and do not provide a delivery date. If they can't deliver it, they should at least notify us so we can pick it up. Very bad experience.

My package was set to deliver on the 8th then got delayed by a week, and on the 17th I still don’t know where it is.

Over the last 2 months I have had 2 packages out for delivery that never show up and after filing cases they say, after all attempts packages can not be located please contact seller. 2 packages in between these 2 incidents were cut open with a box cutter and taped back shut as if they were being screened. 2 packages were supposed to be delivered Saturday, one delivered, cut open and taped back shut, the other still showing "out for delivery" and no scans for 4 days. Bet it never shows up. Seems they may have a thief working there.....

Worst delivery company in history. Drivers must have no common sense. Drives say nobody is home and don’t even knock on the door. This has happened so many times I can’t count. Hire drivers with some common sense and a brain.

$900 worth of blinds delivered to the wrong address - no idea where. It showed it was delivered successfully to the address we gave, but the picture they showed wasn’t even remotely close either. Customer support was no help; they quizzed me on the color of the house and whether it was siding or stucco. I offered to send them an actual picture of the front of our house to prove it was delivered to the wrong address, but they didn't care. Obviously an investigation has been opened. We are truly living in an idiocracy. You can’t count on anyone for anything these days. See attached photos and see for yourself.

They weren't able to give me my package after their tracking system told me it was here. They completely lost it, and their customer service wasn't able to help me at all.

I dropped off a package... it was never scanned, but isn't at FedEx, and has just disappeared. They know which packages they can steal and get away with it.

They change the address at the facility. The sender had the correct address with a different label with incorrect address put on fedex facility. I am trying to figure out if they are trying to steal packages!!!!
