Wonderful customer service! Mark was so incredibly helpful. My hands were full trying to get my children out of the car and the packages I needed to ship. Mark saw me struggling, and before I knew it, he was outside, offering to help. Really going above and beyond. So appreciative. Shipping items can be stressful at times, but this FedEx location and Mark make shipping packages easier!
Everyone working was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I placed an order online at 3:38pm on a Friday afternoon, needing it urgently by the end of day. Online it gave me an estimated pickup time of Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and my order was ready by 3:56pm! Amazing!! Friendly, quick service! Couldn't be happier!

I always get great service at this location. Yes, sometimes they may be short staffed but you seriously can’t hold that against any business right now. The manager here is always friendly and helpful. There was a mix up on my print order one time and it was difficult to tell if I made a mistake in my order or if the mistake was on their end. It would have been easy for him to have me re-place the order and have to wait several hours. But he helped me get the order correct, on the spot. They are also great when you’re just dropping off a package for shipping. I appreciate the staff and convenience of this location

I called the night before to be sure my task could be completed since a different store struggled with it. I spoke with Kaitlynn which to my luck she was working the next day when I came in. She is friendly, quick and efficient in completing my print job with no issues. You have a gem there, better take care of her, good employees are hard to come by.

Nice clean store but I just got literally yelled at by Anna. She asked me how soon I need my print and since I came to pick them up I didn’t understand the question. Which was my verbatim response - she literally screamed across the counter the same question back at me. Weirdest experience. Worst service. An hour before closing. Not 5 minutes.

I had a problematic print job (a Christmas present), and Kaitlin was wonderful in making sure that I was completely happy with the finished project. She patiently made changes and was just generally awesome. ALL THIS while she was manning the store **by herself**, helping one customer after another. She was amazing to watch in action, I'll be honest. She told me that her "spirit animal is an octopus", which I can totally believe. Thank you, Kaitlin! You are amazing!!!

Had them box/package a monitor that I sold on eBay. They did a terrible job with the packaging and as a result the screen was damaged beyond repair before being received by the buyer. Currently out $400+ with no chance of the damage claim covering the cost.

Very unprofessional workers in there, I was supposed to pick a package there matter of fact my passport and social security and they didn’t send me no notification or call or email while they had all my contact information I had to come in twice to find out where my package is they eventually told me they lost my package which made no sense and didn’t try to assist me any further and told me to talk to customer service and basically told me good luck. This is supposed to be a professional company but they’re nothing close to that never ever using fed ex again it’s a waste of time and money because they don’t care!!!
