The ladies here were very helpful. They were patient with my 3 year old being a crazy man. They measured his feet and we found him a good priced pair of shoes. Then helped him pick out dinosaur socks which he loves!

The staff never really asked if we needed anything or offered to help. There were a bunch of unattended children running around. The store was very clean though. Pretty much get in and hurry up and get out

We went back to school shopping for 3 kiddos....as did many other families that day! I've never seen that many people in there at once! Two of the three kids found school shoes. Several shoes they were interested in did not have their size available. My oldest found a couple styles he liked but they were only available in wide and we're too big. I was frustrated at checkout b/c I had an email coupon for 20% off but the register automatically did the buy one get one half off sale. I was told that the coupon expired but the date clearly stated 9/8/22. I was told that sometimes you can't use those coupons with certain brands... although they didn't check the email to confirm. Then I was told you couldn't use two deals at the same time. So much for the coupon that was emailed to me. Once I got to the car and did the math it was almost the same price. It would have been nice if the staff had done this before I left. They didn't say anything and I don't think they were going to honor the coupon that they sent to me. I have shopped here for years for back to school shoes and not had this issue but will be looking at other stores now.

3ppl at register area but the 2 boys were packing a pickup order together...instead of helping ppl. I could see 1 of them doing it but not both when you have ppl waiting. Pretty rude if ya ask me.

I was very surprised with the quality and variety of name brand footwear FF carries, how clean and organized the store is and most of all with the friendly, helpful staff. Don't buy a lot of shoes, but the next time I do, I will certainly look here first.
