My husband and I went in to get his work boots a couple weeks ago, this is the only place we come to due to the amazing staff! Shawntell is very nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The service here is always outstanding and we will continue coming here!! Thank you guys!

Went in today for a new hoodie for my dad and was helped by Taylor! She helped me decide between a few options and was very kind. Will l definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Customer service was horrible. Walked in and all 3 of the girls were standing at the counter talking and I asked if I could return a pair of carhartt FR jeans. I have never worn them they were just a size to big and they were a little dirty as in a little dog hair and then a little drop on dried mud. They lady looked and said “ no way can we return these they are way to dirty look at this stain” (dried drop of mud ) . She picked at it a bit and then showed me and I scratch the mud off, she then proceeded to say “ just go ahead and smear it into the fabric why don’t you”. And then I said “ why are you guys being so rude “ and then left. ( without and return or Exchange).“Stain” pictured without being wiped with a wipe and with being wiped.Went about 3 passes with a wipe.Truly Pitaful.

I went in just to look for new work boots, and wouldn't you know it, MS. T hooked me right up with a wonderful pair and on her first try! (That NEVER HAPPENS) I also found a couple of other bargains on the sales racks. They keep a very nice and clean store front and back with very friendly knowledgeable staff that's very eager to help in any way they can! I will most definitely be back when I'm in the area again!!

This store is the worst in buying boots. A month ago my boyfriend bought some boots whose sole is coming off and they are breaking from the top and in addition to everything someone helped him with the boots and gave him a woman, which is ridiculous that they do not know how to help the customer with the purchase correct. I talked to the manager and you can tell how arrogant he is. He doesn't have anything to run a store, he only knows how to say "you need more so that your claim meets the expectations to make a change or refund. At the time of selling you the product they tell you that it has a one year guarantee but it is a pure lie. They look for excuses not to Make changes or refunds. Be very careful where you buy. Apart from the fact that their boots are very expensive, they do not have any system to serve the customer.
