I can't say enough good things about our experience with our State Farm insurance agents office, specifically Crystal and Diana. Recently, one of our kids needed assistance, and our agent went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who treats you like family, but that's exactly what we felt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an insurance agent who truly cares and delivers exceptional service!

Malorri in the office is over the top. She assisted with an insurance card issue I was experiencing because I didn't have access to a printer and she was pleasant and cheerful and just made my day. I wish there were more people out there that was willing to go out of there way to help a stranger with a problem no matter how big or small with the attitude and cheerfulness as Malorri. Thank you so much.

If you are looking for insurance, choose this office!! Crystal is by far the BEST! She is kind, caring and so very helpful. I live in Alabama and my Mom lived in Gardner. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. She knew I lived far away and could not come into her office and she worked it out and took care of me and my Mother like we were family!Thank you for all you kindness, Robin & Sheryl.

They were an amazing company until they weren't. I had been a loyal state farm customer for years and was recently dropped after our vehicle was totaled in October. I say this loosely because our car was far from totaled, but they decided to deem it to be anyway due to "inflation and shortages," etc.The worst part about this experience is that the company waited until 2 WEEKS prior to our renewal date to inform us about the drop AND had originally opted to drop our home insurance, forcing me to find new coverage in a hurry, only to inform me AFTER I purchased new coverage that our home policy was still active.Needless to say, I have been a ball of stress ever since.I've been told by my independent agent that this is not an isolated incident with this company and that many individuals are experiencing the same treatment my husband and I have witnessed.Nearly 10 years with a company, and this is the parting package we have received.The moral of the story is that you never remain loyal to any company.Insurance is a scam. They use OUR money to pay others out, and when the company overspends, we are the ones facing the consequences.

Been working with Crystal Williams and have been so pleased with her knowledge of what will best suite my insurance needs. I had to change insurance agents about 4 months ago when my previous agent retired. I have been so happy with Crystal and Dave Goodman. They made the transition for My Family and I so easy.

Lacey has been the most awesome agent. She has helped me several times with changes to my policy and is just a pleasure talk to on the phone and via email. This place is a complete scam! They were twenty percent over quoted price and gave me the complete run around! They use out dated information from previous years and modify policies. When asked about that they told me that the only way to get a quote on a new vehicle not tied to a cancelled plan is to go 39 days without the new vehicle insured. My family has been with them for over forty years and are all on the verge of changing companies. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time or money with them!
