Absolutely great in all respects! Tanner took care of me from the moment I walked in to the completed repair of my "crunched bumper!!" Beautiful replacement job and careful to make sure all surrounding area was addressed and repaired as needed! Final bill was reasonable and they washed and cleaned the vehicle so it looked great! Took two days for the complete job (getting needed parts in and all finished as promised). Highly recommend Dale's Body Shop in Olathe. Jon G.

I have had 3 different cars now repaired there at Dales. He has worked on 2 Corollas and a Honda Pilot. Tanner and his staff are always easy to work with and take care of you. You cant ask for a nicer guy. Tanner is always ready to listen and help out. I wish all businesses in todays world were run like this shop. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Tanner and all of the gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and professional. They answered the phones promptly and answered all and any questions I had. My car also looks brand new after they fixed my broken front end! Amazing!

Someone ran a red light it was a hit and run. It was a stressful situation from the get go. It took about two months to get it in to get repaired and I looked on Yelp to find the best body shop around me, and I was thankful for all the yelp reviewers who took time to recommend Dales Body Shop and it was worth it waiting to get it in! Dale's Body Shop in Olathe is the best body shop around. They repaired my car and it looks better than when I took it in! They detailed it in and out, they called every few days to update me on the progress of the cars repair!

Dale's on Park St is my go to body shop. They always do great work at a reasonable price. They are also nice people to work with especially in a claims situation.

These guys are great. Super transparent about what's needed. Reasonably priced. Returned the car cleaned too, inside and out, which they didn't have to do. Also staff has a great sense of humor. Hopefully I don't HAVE to go back to an auto body repair shop but if I did need to I'd go here.

We have used this body shop a couple of times, and they are the best. they not only do excellent bodywork, but they wash your car. They cleaned it out on the inside, clean your windows. They are an outstanding body shop. All the staff are extremely friendly. I most definitely can recommend this companyService: Body & Trim

Couldn’t be happier with Tanner and the staff at Dale’s Body Shop. They did Judy the Jeep justice and then some. Sadly, I had to go through 2 others shops to find Dale’s, thankfully they had the parts and the service I wished I had found in the first place. Communication was great, insurance made it easy, repairs were done in a timely manner. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but should Judy get into trouble again, I know who to call! Tanner is my hero! I did not actually get work done on my car but my car sat in their shop for almost two months while the insurance company dodged both of our calls and then was ultimately declared a total loss. He helped advocate for me and took turns with me calling and emailing insurance agents. Right when I was ready to transfer my claim over to my own insurance, he got ahold of the supervisor of the person who was supposed to be dealing with my claim and they got back to me within an hour and we worked out a settlement. If I ever need any work done, I'll know who to go to. He's kind, compassionate, down to earth, cares about his customers, and takes pride in his work. Thanks for all your help, Tanner!
