Disappointed by this pharmacy nearly every visit. Pharmacists are rude, take forever to fill prescriptions, out of stock on scripts. Really wish the Walgreens down the street didn’t close. When you have an hour with a script and your answer is “it just won’t be ready, come back tomorrow.” That’s cool when it’s not your kid with an infection.

I've gotten my vaccinations (Covid, flu, shingles) at CVS & had a very positive experience every time. I schedule online, which is easy & it usually takes 10 minutes in & out. Their pharmacy is really good about handling my family's prescriptions, reorders are easy via phone & we get a text when they're ready. I've always found their employees to be friendly & helpful. I don't mind self-checkout, but theirs constantly yells very loudly to "Scan the next item", so I absolutely hate that. Otherwise, I appreciate our local CVS.

Went in for one item, decided to stop by the men's room 9n the way out. I went in saw that the sink was extremely dirty the urinal what's dirty as well inside the stall was a mess the toilet was not flushed and it was pretty messy I decided to just leave and I have to say most every time I go into the restroom it's always dirty and for a pharmacy you would think it would be one of the cleanest places in the building

CVS now has their pharmacy calls immediately directed to voicemail. No amount of pushing zeros or trying to get through works. You're supposed to leave a voicemail and hope someone calls you back in a timely manner. I was finally able to get a store manager who said he gets complaints everyday. He gave me the corporate phone number and of course you have to leave a message. I'll be changing pharmacies. The lack of customer service with CVS gets worse each time I go back. This was the final straw for me. They're consistently out of meds and they changed their hours to close for lunch, even though this is when many people run their errands. Talk about making it extremely inconvenient for YOUR customers!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. I find them to be excellent at what they do, empathetic, and kind! I have not had a bad experience with them, and they always have what I need. I go there once a month to pick up my meds, and they are always helpful. The only downside is that sometimes the line is a bit slow.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse in all of Olathe, OP and KC for that matter. The pharmacist (Kyle, Keith, ?), Jordan the pharmacy tech, are both terrible to deal with. They both speak so fast, (trying to get you off the phone or to simply not have you ask questions) that what they’re saying is unintelligible. My mothers prescriptions, as well as mine are never readily available. I was told to pick up 2 scripts (via them calling ME) for my mom in the last 2 days. I was waiting for a 3rd one to be refilled today. I call again to see if the 3rd one is ready and Jordan tells me “yes, but you can’t get the other 2 because my system won’t sell them because they expired on Sept 27 (yet I talked to them yesterday and 3 times today without being told this.) No one ever mentioned this as I was waiting for the 3rd one to be filled. I asked who was responsible for notifying the doctor for refills. Jordan stated “me!” How am I supposed to know that my moms scripts (that are on auto fill) have expired? Passing the mistake on to the customer. I asked if the Dr had been notified a new script was needed, and she said “I just did that!” HELLO!! Shouldn’t that have been requested PRIOR to me being the scripts were ready and I could come get them? This place is a joke of a pharmacy. No ONE knows what is going on there. Also, the same pharmacy that tried for 3 months to continuously fill a script that my 78 year old mother is allergic to!! I have to tell them every time I go in to pick up a script “No, do not fill that one. Take it out of your records. My mom is allergic to it! It will never heed a refill!” Their response, “oh our system will not let us remove it!” WTH..MOVING ALL prescriptions going forward to Walgreens or another CVS.RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY! Save yourself BIG headaches. They’re terrible!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. I called to their automated service for a prescription refill and I showed up and no medicine was ready. Then I was told it was going to be 15-20 minutes until the medicine was ready. I had already waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with dogs and a baby in my car. I was told drive around and get back in line and we will try and have it ready. So I was waiting another 30 minutes. It should not be this hard to get medication for my son so that I can leave town. This medication mind you was just pulling the bottle off the shelf and putting a label on it; it was not a difficult medication at all. They will for sure be losing my business. Terrible customer service.

I went into to get my free FIRST AID KIT and of course they were out of them. Why even offer if you don’t have enough and as for the manager she’s not very personal.
