The pharmacist on staff, Schyler M. Burleson, was extremely rude when I went to pick up the medication prescribed to my partner hours prior. I have received prescriptions for my partner at this CVS multiple times before due to her being bedridden after her accident. My partner had just been discharged from knee surgery that day. She was in a 70mph car accident the week before which shattered her kneecap and disconnected her PCL.Schyler told my partner over the phone that she would not dispense her prescription and told me in person that it wasn't due to any CVS policy or due to insurance, but simply because she did not feel comfortable dispensing the prescription. At that time my partner was in tears due to her pain from the surgery. While I understand that doctors over-prescribe opiates, the information was clearly available for her to verify what I was telling her regarding my partners surgery. The prescription was sent from an orthopedic surgeon.I know this information was available to her because after I had returned home, Schyler called my partner and told her that she had reviewed her case and had changed her mind, and now she would dispense the prescription. By this time she had already been in pain for hours longer than she needed to be. Pain which was more severe due to the surgery, and pain which was not properly controlled by her existing medication. This is entirely unacceptable. Regardless of the fact that I politely explained to Schyler what my partners situation was, she refused to discuss anything with me and was dismissive and rude. She left me at the front counter and returned to her desk where she told me I would have to call the surgeon (who I doubt would pick up at 7pm) and ask them to send the prescription to a different pharmacy. We will be taking Schyler's advice and will no longer be using CVS.

I was greeted by Davinity, she very quickly helped me get my prescriptions and then helped me find out why a different prescription wasn’t filled. She provided me with details and how to fix the issue or at least ideas on how. She was very polite and sweet. Thank You

The good: they had the meds & filled the order same day, no problem. The bad: they have 2 drive thru lanes, but only one is for picking up. Is anything marked? Is there a way for you to know this if you’ve never been here before? No. Don’t be silly. The ugly (attitude, not looks): the surly counter person. I asked, as a first time customer (who was due to be next in line, but then was 5th bc she had to drive all the way around), how was I to know you couldn’t pick up in that lane? The answer they gave me? You wouldn’t. Call corporate, call HR (?), idk the construction guys were supposed to put a sign up.Ok.

They do a good job. On occasion there have been some issues but those staff don't seem to stay long so you can tell management doesn't put up with trouble
