We stayed here to go to the KU game and property is just wonderful. Julie at check-in was really sweet and welcoming! The place is clean and the market and bar are nice.Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area.

Business trip brought me here again, and I stayed here last time. Very nice and comfy stay, good Cust service, but the set always have difficulty giving me my room key through the app. I always have to go to the desk to check in. The breakfast is good, but they always have difficulty confirming my breakfast is included with my room. Otherwise, I enjoy this location.

I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard in Olathe and felt compelled to share my positive experience, with a special shout-out to Brittney at the Bistro. Brittney's exceptional service and warm welcome truly stood out. She went the extra mile to make all guests feel at home, and her outstanding work ethic and kindness deserve recognition. I hope she comes across this and knows how much her efforts are appreciated. ?

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I can recall staying at anywhere. How clean? Places smelled like new construction, but the hotel is four years old! Other places they had a floral scent, but not cloying and unpleasant. Floral can be hit or miss.Every staff member we met with was helpful and welcoming.I prefer to bring up my own luggage with a cart. The carts are in good condition, wide enough to not have to worry about things falling off. For checkout, there were none available. Maybe they need one more.People, don't hoard luggage carts in your room!

I stay over 100 nights a year with Marriott. Clean hotel, friendly staff and great beds. Good location and lots of places within walking distance to eat.

Rated number four in the country of of over 1100 courtyards. Excellent Front Desk and Bistro personnel. The rooms are always clean and fresh with an excellent safe location. 20 miles from downtown Kansas City.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Queen suites are great for families with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch/bed. Spacious and clean.Rooms: Spacious rooms. Very clean.Nearby activities: Tons of great food within the parking lot. Close to many activities and shoppingWalkability: Great walkability to food and shopping.

Very friendly staff and super clean hotel. Would recommend and would gladly stay again!Rooms: Very clean, uncluttered rooms. I was in a handicapped room and all the amenities were top notch. Everything was accessible and easy to use.Food & drinks: Breakfast was expensive.. $15 for a breakfast burrito. It was good, not great. Severely overpriced.

Wow! Such a pleasant surprise as it is VERY hard to find a nice hotel in the USA right now if the Ritz or 4 Seasons isn't in your cards. Nia was the first to greet me at the front desk and I was blown away by her kindness and enthusiasm. My interactions with the rest of the staff have also been top notch. You can actually get a real, healthy, made-to-order breakfast and Starbucks latte in the lobby. Don't miss the little bar + awesome bartender in the evenings. 15/10 for Courtyard Olathe!

The only reason for my review is to give many thanks to Austin! Of course this hotel is phenomenal, but Austin was amazing! Perfect customer service and very welcoming. The only issue I had was not receiving my deposit back, but this was taken care of swiftly without any problems and I am receiving my deposit in the next day or two. While I was staying there, the lady who was in charge of cleaning my room was super sweet as well! I was traveling alone, and this stay made me feel like I was staying amongst friends ?
