Christian brothers has taken my car in when windows would not raise and doors broke unable to close and recently new speaker installed. Turn around time and communication has been excellent. Have worked with company for years would highly recommend.

this was THE best automotive shop experience I've ever had.
I had gotten a new battery installed at O'Reilly's about a month ago, which suddenly caused the electronic components of my car to shut down when driving. I went back up to O'Reilly's and they said everything was fine... so I googled auto shops in the area and drove up the street to Christian Brothers. I was hesitant at first because their lot was completely full, but decided to go in anyway. The front desk associate was so kind and she immediately got a technician to come and test my car for free. He was able to determine that something wasn't connected properly to the battery, so I got my car checked in and they gave me 2 tier options of how much it would cost for diagnostics upfront. Within a few hours I got an text with a link to a full breakdown of exactly what was wrong with photo and video explanations. Then I got a follow up call to go over the diagnostics with me and the different payment options I had. I was able to get 3 major issues taken care of and then 2 smaller issues they found based on their inspection. My car was done by the next day!!! I picked it up this morning and it's driving like a new car.
Overall just an incredible place. Their transparency and customer service unmatched. If you want a mechanic that kind, knowledgeable and friendly then Christian Brothers in Olathe is the place to go. They got a new life-long customer out of me :D

Obviously it sucks when you have a car repair but I trust that I wasn't up sold on anything and they were quick with the repair. The shuttle service is very helpful too, they take you to and fro, for free.

Dropped my vehicle off to have a brake inspection and a serpentine belt. Picked the vehicle up and noticed there was a sound when going around corners. Lifted the vehicle up and the lug nuts are COMPLETELY LOOSE. Thank God we noticed it before driving it to far. This is what we drive our family in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They destroyed my lug nuts when removing them and are obviously very careless. I have left a voicemail with them as I am just catching this on my weekend off. I hope they communicate to their employees how important it is to inspect the vehicle before allowing a customer to drive it home.
Further more I paid for a brake inspection. I did specifically ask for the rear brakes to be looked at, but I paid for a brake inspection. And the front lug nuts are still tight so that tells me they didn’t even look at the front brakes! I know for a fact they didn’t!
I’m very dissatisfied to say the least.

Absolutely highly recommend Christian Brothers! I took my car to them for an issue with my Kia engine, and had an extended warranty through a third party company.
It was an ordeal getting the third party warranty to cover my repairs, but Scott at Christian Bros handled the entire thing! He kept me in the loop and communicated with me the whole time. Scott and everyone we met at Christian Brothers was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how Scott set realistic expectations with me regarding the third party warranty, timeframe, etc. I don't know anything about cars, and he answered all of my questions without ever sounding patronizing or treating me like I was dumb. I just picked my car up and Scott took the time to talk to me about how it may run a little different now, how to take good care of it, etc. I appreciate Christian Brothers so much! I have never been to an automotive repair place this friendly, helpful, or trustworthy.

We paid $968 for diagnostics only for them to tell me they didn’t know between 3 separate issues, which was causing a beeping noise while I accelerated. They kept my car in the shop for a multitude of days to try and determine the issue. They couldn’t pin point it. I get my car out of the shop, my dad googles my beeping issue, the solution immediately pops up and we rectify the beeping within 30 seconds. In addition, they charged me $1800 to fix my AC. First it was going to be $1300 and then they had to adjust the engine mounts for $500. So, I pay $1800 2/4 face vents still don’t even work. I brought it back in to have them look at it and they said, “sorry, we don’t quite know why this is occurring.” So, I brought my car in to get the beep and AC fixed and I left for $2800 and all I got was a partially working AC system. This place is a complete rip off. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

The best auto repair shops for what they do hands down. I was searching for a reliable, dependable repair shop. And just by coincidence, did I stumble across the company. Actually, I know it was God. There is no such thing as a coincidence. I'd tried so many and been ripped off ? and extremely disappointed. There's so many good things to say ( transportation service, refreshments, cookies, coffee, to what I see as the most important thing, guaranteed service. That is right. If they say they can fix it, you can believe it. I drive over 45 minutes just for the service. Try them, you won't regret it. Tell them Dana sent you! They are off 135th in Olathe. Brandon is the very best guy.?

Absolutely incredible staff. They sent me a breakdown via email and text of what was wrong and their recommendations with pictures. Incredibly honest and high quality work. In a world with people taking short cuts, it's so refreshing to see a company that does things right. I never wish for car troubles but if I do have them, I know where to go.

I went in for a wheel alignment and ended up needing my axel replaced, I was informed within the hour of what needed to be done, how long it would take and the price. I originally came in on a Friday and was expecting everything to be completed by Monday evening, of course with shipping that didn’t happen but someone called me right away and gave me multiple options to get everything taken care of quickly. Bella took me back and forth to work (multiple days) I felt safe in the car with her and we had great conversation. Everyone that works here is professional and kind. You can tell that they all truly enjoy what they do. Thank you for taking care of my car and thank you Bella for being so kind ensuring I got to work.

The honesty and integrity was very impressive to me. The work has been performed accurately, and when a minor mistake was made (loose battery cable) the staff apologized and immediately rectified the problem. They also helped me work with warranty on fixing the serious problem left by other mechanic shops by providing pictures and explaining the issue in detail. Grateful for their honesty, kindness, and superb example of true customer service!
