Job very well done. Amazing and helpful staff. I had a nail in my tire and my Lexus dealership and Sam's club said I'm going to need a new tire even though my tire had less than 10k miles on it. I want to replace all 4 tires at once. But Burnett were able to fix it like it was never there. Thank you!

They were able to schedule me right away and they were helpful in getting me a refund when I was overcharged. Took care of the refund right away with no argument.

Burnett auto got me in same day and replaced my alternator! I was traveling through town when my car broke down. Jeff and his team took excellent care of me and kept me in the loop on all repairs as they worked. I would recommend them!

I was inconvenienced with a nail in my tire. Burnett Automotive, Olathe got it fixed up and had me on my way in no time. The service advisors were helpful and friendly. What they charged me was better than reasonable to fix the tire, get it back on my vehicle, and attach the spare back underneath. Great value and great service! I will be back.

I had zero issues here at Burnett Automotive. The staff was very helpful and professional. Tires and alignment were perfect. Don't waste your time with other places that will simply rip you off. Go here for your tires!

They worked me in on the day I called. Provided a diagnosis and estimate within 90 minutes (bad wheel bearing). Explained that the repair might require a second day of work before they proceeded. Managed to get the part and complete the work that day. Final price was exactly what the estimate was.
No pressure. No attempts to upsell other services.
