Shelly (the owner) and Shandra (the director) have been so great. They really listen when you have concerns, take action and follow up. My daughter adores them and has so much fun here.

We loved BUGS, we always had great communication between us, the owner, and the classroom teachers, everyone was friendly and I felt safe leaving my son there.

I LOVED this place! My daughter went here from 2 - 9 months and we only left because we moved out of the area. The teachers in the infant room are AMAZING! They make themselves very assessable and are accommodating and most importantly they are caring and nurturing. I was so sad to leave this daycare.
