I own a low miles Vehicle and I normally go to a different location. I have never had a problem with my vehicle and then I go and have an oil change and the car is now making a weird noise.
Called to see why and what could be done ... Instead of Steve saying "bring it in and let us look at it!" He went into "Well, be more specific, is it suspension (like I'm a mechanic) then he went into, "Take it out on the road, and apply the brakes etc"! He never once said let's get you in here ...as he would his own friends or family, he wanted me to start doing my own diagnoses. I can't stand laziness of this level. He hemmed and hahhh'd and never made me an appointment assuming I'm not going to do what I say I'm going to do. If there is something wrong with my car as a result of them not having filled the liquids back up etc, I will have enough money to buy a new one. That whole dealership needs an intelligence face lift to realize one phone call could change everything.

Steve knocked it out of the park again. Issues happen with cars new or old. Steve made the process so easy for my wife and she always feels comfortable going there never trying to be over sold.
