The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages. With the door left cracked open I had to deal with what smelled like raw sewage while waiting for my clothes to wash. Pretty gnarly. Y'all should do something about that.

Took our large comforter there to wash it. My husband brought it home and I literally thought he pooped his pants. I then realized it was the comforter. It smelled like straight feces. Will never return.

Don't deserve a star ...almost all machines are broken..machine OF change broken Too.. the owner was not there for help we try to call him there is no answer ...very bad experience I don't recommended this Landry at all

The ladies that work there are super sweet and nice. N those ladies always have manners which is rare around here bc I never hear “thank you” “you’re welcome” around here Olathe Kansas so it’s nice to meet someone with manners. It’s a nice place.

I come here every time I need to do my laundry and that's about once a week. Every single time I go in there the staff is very nice and they care about the people but this morning I went in and started my laundry it was 7 dollars for the big washer. I leave and then come back and my clothes are so wet that I could barely even take them out of the washer. I told the employee and he told me that it was because I put in to much in a really rude voice. I politely responded and said it was the same amount I put in every week and that he should just get it checked out and he rudely snapped and said your not getting your money back if that's what your asking. So I left it alone and had to pay another 7 dollars to rewash all my clothes. I wish he would have been nicer in that situation. Made me super uncomfortable.

Nasty bathroom. Dryers leave funky smell in clothes and washer just suck theres a very nice young man who works there and the older guy is kinda rude and stares. Location is why I go.

I come her at least once every two weeks and I loved it but today a staff member whom I have never seen was extremely rude. Told me my service dog in training was not allowed in the store then told me I needed to do better with him. Which is none of her business. Then proceeded to tell us we can leave if we had a problem. After I had my girlfriend take the dog home. As I was having an anxiety attack she walked by and laughed at me. Then proceeded to keep coming up to me and getting really close and shoving her phone near me. I will never come her again. I fixed the problem by taking my dog home and it was still a problem with her. It was borderline harassment how many times she did it. I feel so disgusted in her and her manager she was on the phone with laughing at me and talking to other costumers laughing at me.
