I go to the ATM machine thinking that the day is over I put my card in and it comes back with a error with the machine I'm like okay but when I look at my account my money's gone saying I have a dollar and 35 cent I'm so upset the machine took my money so I look around there's no number or anyway to get help I look up the bank and find a number I call I I get the must rude a** person on the line I tell them what's going on and this lady tells me there's nothing that they can do for me I would have to take a loss for the night my kids are waiting for me I'm stuck at these ATM no gas and the gas station is right next door I'm so mad rite now I have nothing and no one this is sickening and this call center I'm calling for this bank is no help at all who would of thought I WAS going to open account with them ......Thanks for the HELP

I went into Brotherhood Bank today to close my account and move to Community America credit union. I have been with brotherhood since I was 13. That's 13 years I have been with this bank and I have never received as rude service as I did today. I went into the bank around 440 and they close at 5. I know this isn't very convenient for the bank but I get off work at 5 so I had to leave early just to get there. I apologized for coming in so late. The person who helped me was very rushed and didn't listen clearly when I explained how I wanted my savings and checking accounts closed. He came back out with the accounts all wrong so I explained that I needed it to be closed out a certain way and he got upset and said the way I requested was difficult and "made no sense" then said it would take twice as long to fix for me. I told him I was in no hurry and he raised his voice and said "good because you are going to the end of the line" he then stormed off. He later came back, obviously aware what he did was inappropriate and was acting completely differently and trying to make small talk. I'm glad I'm leaving this bank. Not only do they charge $8 a month just to have an account but allow their employees to tell me my request was difficult yell that I am going to the end of the line. Very very rude.
