Nathan screamed at me tonight and publicly humiliated me and chased me out of the store because I tried to do a return that was out of date and I hurt his ego by telling him that I will go somewhere else and also tell people not to shop there. The man needs anger management training. I have a witness and a video. He screamed to me to go, go, just get out in a horrible manner. Judging by another reviewer it seems that I'm not the first that he has done this to.
I would like to speak to someone from corporate please and thank you.

Me and my wife were there an hour ago, we were buying 8 pants, 2 for each of us and 2 for each of our teenagers, pants were bad organized and couldn't find sizes needed, asked 3 of the emplyees and received no help, so we had to search our selfs, and one ball heded guy aproached and we asked him for help as well and instead of helping us he told us to leave in a very bad maners, this is not the first time, I entcourage to our hispanic community to stop buying there, that guy seems to be a ricist since just by our aparience he told us to leave. Very bad experience and treatment for a customer.!!

Super helpful staff. My first time buying work boots and a woman, I didn’t get her name, immediately came over to explain to me the different types and recommended a couple choices which I ended up buying from.

I sent my order to the wrong store and the person I talked to (wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell someone how awesome she was) was so hopefully and nice. It's very rare that this happens anymore. Especially since it was my mistake. I can not express how grateful I am for her help and the accommodation of sending it to the right place.

All workers were so rude. We waited for 25-30 minutes before finally deciding to leave because no one would help us. When we initially came through the door not a single “hello” or anything. Which is fine, especially if it’s a busy day but let me mention that the workers were friendly and said hello to everyone else. Anyways, we went straight to the hats where an associate was helping a couple. We were waiting our turn, even though there were 2-3 workers at the registers just waiting around and talking. My fiancé turned around for a minute to look at something as we waited. When he turned back around, the same associate who knew we were waiting for help was assisting another set of people. What I’m assuming who was the manager since he was wearing more professional clothing was helping other people too. At many times, he seen us waiting and asking for help. Not sure if it’s because we looked a certain way or what it was but definitely never going back there. Definitely will rather make the drive to Cavenders or Nigros!

We have been clients at this place the one in 119 st Overland Park for a while , but I will definitely not coming back , my family and I went there to make some purchases around 8:30 pm , it happened that it was time to close at 9:00pm, when we went to the register, Manager , an assistant and some other person that was there were so impatient and rude , we saw their mean looks, they were very unprofessional and the lady even rolled her eyes on us , too bad they lost good clients , and for the lady that rolled her eyes on my family and myself she can go and find other job , you are giving Boot Barn a bad name
