If you’re thinking about opening a new account here, it’s not worth it, in my opinion. There are 3-4 other banks on the corner of 119th and Blackbob where you will have a far superior personal and business banking experience.If I can sum up my 4 year experience with then into 1 word it’s “uncaring”They charge a fee for everything any other banks do for free. It’s not a good experience.

I had a check for $12,000 that my wife wrote to me because we both run separate real estate business. At her peril she happens to bank at this pathetic Bank. They refused to cash a check from their own bank because I don't bank with them. I'm 42 years old and have banked at numerous banks and I have never seen such a policy. And please do not respond to my review about sending you an email about my concern

This bank is going downhill. Every time some new restriction. Not to mention the guy at the window is a bad listener. I asked for $100’s and $50’s and he sends me back $100 only. Also, asked me to come from the drive thru. I will go in the next time to close the account.

Terrible experience. I withdrew some cash, and they gave me two counterfeit hundreds which were confiscated by my other bank when I tried to deposit them. BMO refused to make this right, so I am out the $200

Never use them! Horrible horrible horrible!!! I’ve already sent an email 2 weeks ago and no one ever got back to me. Apparently it doesn’t matter that my issue from 6/4/21 has yet to be resolved due to the incompetence of the staff at BMO.

I wanted give no star because i had the worst experience at this location. They were taking selfies as a group instead of opening the door even they saw me waiting at the door and it was 9 o'clock. Do selfies after work people!

I started using the bank waaay back when it was called Gold Bank, and I've been using this specific branch for about 5 years I think. It's been a while. While I just use it for a basic checking account, I've never had any issues. The staff at the branch office remember who I am and are always friendly. Recently I had an issue with my son's checking account (not caused by BMO) they dealt with the problem swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.

I've banked here for years, and never had a bad experience. I'm in often enough to be on a first name basis with all of the tellers, and there's always a warm smile and a greeting as soon as I walk in the door. I wouldn't imagine taking my business anywhere else.

My very small business has used this branch for years and we love them. I wouldn't think of switching banks! When we walk in they remember who we are and greet us, ask about our business and families and treat us warmly. They have always consistently gone out of their way to make sure we are happy and have worked to resolve any issues that have come up.

Had multiple bad experiences at this bank, just for a loan that I did not get to choose to have here. Ridiculous. I cannot imagine ever having an actual account here.

There was one woman working at the front desk and she was talking with this one lady and they were just talking about some other stuff that was not bank related when she had people waiting in line.
