Love being able to go every day if I want for the same cost with the monthly membership! Especially with the vacuums as I have 2 boys in baseball which means my black interior is always filthy!

DO NOT GO HERE if you have a Jeep or Ball hitch!!!! See photos. There is NO sign that says “don’t bring jeeps here…it won’t get washed”.

This location specifically is one of the least desired locations. Gets crowded fast. The employees seem like they want to jump ship. If you need a wash and you don't know where else to go on this edge of town, it'll suffice.

RUN….. don’t go!
Not a fan of giving bad reviews….. it takes a lot.
I purchased a monthly subscription. After my first & only wash, I noticed my passenger mirror was off. Once I stopped I noticed the carwash bumped my mirror & caused a 2”+ scratch on the back of the mirror. This is a “new to us” SUV & we know there was not a scratch there, since we just purchased the car 2 wks prior.
To resolve, I went back and filed a claim. Then, I tried to work it out with the store manager (which took almost 4wks of reaching out weekly). He then referred me to his boss for a $20 refund & cancellation of the subscription! After no communication, my husband & I went in to talk with the manager to get a $20ish refund. Manager not on site. Assistant manager didn’t have the “authorization” to provide a $20 refund either.
As we were leaving 2 people who were vacuuming their cars asked if we had problems, we told them our scenario & the lady said….. look what’s on my car, a bunch of blue stuff. She said she had an employee tell her another time she came, to go to another Go because they had old equipment that didn’t work very well.
All this to say……. Run to another cash wash!
Go doesn't care about quality or customer service! Sorry I had to leave a 1 ⭐️…… it’s certainly not for the lack of trying!

The teenagers that work here are extremely lazy. They never use the spray gun to pre wash vehicles off. They are supposed to spray the entire vehicle down before having you drive through the automatic car wash. These lazy workers are in a rush to get you to do the automated carwash so that they can get back to their tik-tok videos. I have a monthly membership for 2 vehicles and my vehicles are never 100% clean when I leave her. I always have to spend an extra 30 minutes spot cleaning everything that these lazy kids don't wash.

So far the app won't recognize me. And, the wash didn't recognize my plates.See the response from whomever. They do in fact have an app and I am now able to access it. No wonder there are issues. Any more idiocy and I'll go back to Charlie's.
