Employees should not be standing around casual talking to each other in the lobby when there is a long line of people for the tellers. We had to wait in line, only to find out that we needed one of the specialists, rather than the tellers.

They are so efficient and effective of taking care of your need. Also good with international dealings — like if you’re opening an account with a spouse that’s not a USA citizen they know just what to do.
