We have loved this bank for years. I think we have been with them almost 20 years. It was way before they became Bank Midwest. We have had great service and familiar faces. Today was awful though. I called before I came in to verify the process, but when I came in the teller was very rude and told us something completely different. She then proceeded to gas light me and yell at me telling me that she had already answered my questions while telling me something different each time. When I called back for clarification it was the same person. She is very rude and obviously incompetent.Edit: Went back in to try to get clarification and Alexandria was very knowledgeable, helpful, and clear with what to do. She was able to help me solve the issue within a minute. Please give this woman an award for helping with a problem that another employee created.

Worst bank ever! They have the slowest tellers of ANY BANK I HAVE EVER USED! They also SUCK at returning phone calls!

Management is a menace. Skinny lady in the back is insensitive to employees and issues. Went in to do a deposit for a large cashier check, was told it was bad after leaving the bank across the street less than 10 minutes before. Closed out my accounts, took my business elsewhere and will not look back.

Tacky. They had me standing in line for a long time then wanted to be all slow when it came time to see me. They must not understand other people have time barriers or maybe it's a race thing again cause they seem to not want to get to me. I hate this bank and only went there cause the check I had was issued to them.

Was there today asking for a replacement debit card for my daughter. I have 3 accounts with these people, the card is peeling which makes it difficult to go through. They still going to question me as to why I need a new card. People get it together it's my money in your bank not the other way around.

Using this bank is one frustrating experience after another. Their apps and site interface are always broken. Noemi is awesome but she can’t fix the broken technology. We’ve been at this bank more than 20 years. It used to good and now it just get worse and worse.

Had an amazing experience with two amazing young people at this location today. Ashley and Jada helped me to cash my check after my job forgot to pay me and had to give me a paper check. I was having a terrible day, and their amazing customer service skills made my day brighter ? Thanks for great customer service.

Nohemi deserves 5 stars. She was so sweet when I closed my accounts. Otherwise, they are slow and drag their feet about simple questions. I had been going here once a month for my deposits. They messed up my deposits twice and apologized but new teller made the same mistake each time.Manager is creepy and doesn't know when to back off. He threatened to close all my accounts because I couldn't make their requirements. Not returning or recommending. Management did not represent the brand well.

Absolutely the worst. Walked into be helped and no one was even at the front. They were all in the back snickering about why I am interrupting there conversation. At the end I told them I didn’t want to open a bank account with them and walked away only to hear them talk bad on me as I walked away. I will warn others not to go here. I have never seen a bank operate that poorly.

Went there this morning unfortunately (01/06/22) trying to get a bank letter because my new employer needs it for a direct deposit option. A woman helped me by the name of Kathleen porter, she was nice but made a error that just left me in shock. I drove all the way to this location, for no reason basically.. Not only did they tell me that they couldn’t print my name on a voided check with my routing and acct number on, I went inside to see if I could get a bank letter to give my new employer just verifying my account info and that it was active. Well Kathleen, I’m sorry to say this but you put the wrong account number on my paper..so all that time I spent driving to your bank location, and all the time it took for you to type all my information on a paper WELL it was wrong.. I should have proof read the paper before I left your bank, but I was in a hurry to get this over with. But now, I will always proof read.. I have to make ANOTHER visit to Bank Midwest.. I have had some horrible experiences at every location I’ve been to so please don’t take it personal just try to understand why I am so upset that you wrote down the wrong information and wasted my time now I have to go spend more time trying to get the correct paperwork.. unfortunately or fortunately I won’t be back to this location, I don’t even want to go to another bank Midwest but I have no options. Hopefully I’ll have a new bank account with a different bank soon.

my account got scammed and Kathleen did everything she could to make sure we got my money back in a very short amount of time!! she went out of her way to make me feel better about this whole situation... if it wasn’t for her i would be so lost!

I love this bank and specifically this branch. Alex and Kathleen are fantastic. I moved out of town and still come back to this branch for all of my needs. I am consistently met with a smile and genuine attention. They are an example of good business and lovely customer service.

I've been banking at this location since all the way back when it was Hillcrest Bank. I love that when the bank changed hands, they still kept current employees. Still to this day I love walking in and Brad is there to greet me, and everyone knows my name. While some policies have changed over time, I've never had any real issues with the bank itself, and I've always felt the customer service was on point.

Enough is enough. I have been at this location way before it was Bank Midwest, so I didn’t exactly want to switch banks. Even when I worked at a different bank, I still stayed. However, these past couple weeks have been horrendous. I usually don’t leave reviews, at least not very bad ones. But I want everyone to be aware. We have had FOUR overdraft fees within the last couple weeks. I know what you are thinking... However, we had plenty of money in our accounts. I check our accounts online regularly and not once did I see that we were negative in anyway, shape or form. If I had known that, I would have transferred money immediately. However, they were both in the positive. The first two overdraft fees, we tried to get back considering we had the funds we just needed to move them to the correct account. Needless to say, we got nowhere with the bank and decided to let it slide. Today, my husband had his card declined and when I checked the account we had a great deal of money in our account (even when I checked it last night we were good,) and I noticed we got TWO more overdraft fees. Decided to talk to the bank in person to see about removing these fees as w had money to cover our expenses. Nothing. My husband immediate withdrew our money and we are switching banks. I was pretty upset, but I am more so disappointed as I have worked in banks and have had clients who have been in tough spots financially and we always tried to see what we could do to alleviate the stress, even if it was to take of a fee or two. I can’t even imagine how others who are in much more of a financial crisis than we are get treated if they bank here.This was just our experience, but we are taking other reviewers advice and switching banks.
