I called in and order and fix the problem so I went to do a reverse on my credit card and they made me drive clear to Olathe so that they could run my card. Never heard of it. Frustrated customer and wasted fuel. Going back to O'Reilly's.

They are unfair They need to be more reasonable when serving customers I went to return my old calipers with the commercial account and they tell me that it is closed and it was approximately 5:30 pm I ask the autozone team to review the quality of their sales representatives I'm not a bad customer

store 1631 purchased new battery and they installed it. Very professional and even went took the time to completely clean the corrosion off of the battery post clamp. Will Definately return.

Sahm was incredibly helpful. Helped me find the correct bulb for my Volvo and even helped me install it. The employees at this location really go the extra mile!

Absolutely amazing service! Was in a bind with a burned out lightbulb before a long trip with a quick turnaround, and they reinstalled the bulb. Jonathan was phenomenal the whole time! I would come back in a heartbeat for future service.
