Arbor Creek is not a friendly place to get your taxes completed. This was my first experience with the group. I met with Stan a couple of months ago for about an hour. I filled out the power of attorney to ask the IRS for past paperwork... at least 10 years. Stan stated that it would take weeks to get it back and that the IRS will be contacted. The next thing I knew after weeks of waiting my case had been turned over to someone else who knew nothing about what Stan and I discussed and reviewed. I don't recommend this company to complete your taxes or take the time to answer questions.

took my money and caused me all sorts of trouble. I paid them 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent me the forms to sign properly on my end to get them filed. when I was charged they charged not just for filing but also for checking malted and separate so I got charged almost 200.00 when in the last 10 yrs with them they have only charged me about 150 or less. never bothered to tell me there was an extra charge and now 3 weeks later my taxes are still not filed do not recommend to anyone using them

Very well. We brought our tax information in mid march and they were able to prepare and file by tax day Offered a military discount which was nice.

We have been going here for years. They make it easy. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I would Highly recommend them to anyone (I did, my parents and neighbors :) !!!)
