After being a loyal customer for years I searched and found a lower rate for all my insurance needs and switched from Allstate. I notified Debbie of my intentions and to stop my coverage. Even after I told them I was leaving they tried to bill my bank account. I stopped payment and Contacted Emily.directly and she said all was good. Today I get a bill from Allstate along with a notice of closing my account to Allstate they are changing 15.00 fee.Had I realized that’s the way business is done at that office I would have left a long time ago.Do yourself a favor and check prices, I saved a bunch.
