I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!!!!1 THEY DIDN'T DEPOSIT MY CHECK LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE2 THEY SHUT OFF OUR DEBIT CARDS3 HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK TWICE FOR BOTH CARDS TO BE TURNED ON4 THEY STOPPED OUR OVERDRAFT PROTECTION AND DIDN'T LET US KNOW5 IT SAID ONLINE THEY ARE OPEN TILL 12 ON SATURDAYS AFTER DRIVING THE 45 MINUTES TO GET THERE AND ARRIVED AT 10:30 AM TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CLOSED FOR NO REASONSO TO END AS SOON AS WE FIND A BANK WE LIKE OUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSING.ONCE AGAIN ACADEMY BANK FOR ALL THE DISAPPOINTMENT YOU MAKE MY TRUSTING IN BANKS TO START TO DEMINISH

My husband and I, as well as my parents, have had our accounts with Academy Bank for years, many years. We have worked closely with Sherri and Bobbie over those years. They have been so helpful, answered any questions and have walked us through any issues we have had, making us feel valued. We are happy that there have been the same friendly faces at Academy Bank. I have been a member of academy Bank for 8 years now, I remember when there was only handful of locations in our area and now they're everywhere. There's one specific location I like to deal with and the gals over there Sherrie and Bobbie have always been great to me if it's making deposits withdrawals banking resolutions always been great

I talked to customer service over the phone to ask if the S Blackbob location in Olathe were able to accept my loose coins they advised me they could but when I got to the location of course the story changes. They don't have a coin counter and wouldn't accept them unrolled. Where is the miscommunication? It would have been nice to know before I made the pointless drive.
