I’ve been banking with Academy bank for well over a year and I love the bank. The manager up there (Jennifer) at the K7 location has been nothing but SO helpful and so great to me!! Definitely knows what she’s doing and I will continue to come to this location! ?

I have nothing positive to say about the service I received at this bank. I go out of my way to NOT do business with them, I'll stick with stick with my locally owned/run credit union instead.

My family uses academy bank. I do not, I have a different one. I had to cash a check but my bank was closed so I called academy bank customer service. They said I could cash it for a fee. I drove 30mins to the closest academy bank and tried to get my check cashed. They said they can't do that. I got mad. So I signed the check over to my brother who has an account there and they wouldn't even allow that. Customer service for academy bank needs to know how each bank is rolling. They are just lying idiots who just let me drive 30 mins to get rejected to cash one check.
