  Caleb at A. Arnold is an absolute rockstar in the industry. We had to move my parents from Nebraska to North Carolina and even though A. Arnold is located in Kansas City they streamlined the whole move from beginning to end. Him and his team of professionals were incredible to work with!

  Gunnar and Cuyler helped me move in Lawrence. They did a great job, and were both very professional and efficient. The process was fast and they handled all my items with great care. I will be reaching out to A. Arnold again next time I move. I recommend others do the same.

  I had a fantastic experience with A. Arnold moving!
  My initial consultation was with Greg, who was so polite, personable, and organized. He put my mind at ease about how my things would be packed and transported, which meant a lot to me.
  Lou, in the office, was friendly and communicative about the stepwise progression of my move, so that I always knew what to expect during the process.
  I can’t say enough about my driver, Gunnar. He was such a delight to work with. He was kind, respectful, well-mannered , and efficient. He always listened patiently and answered my many questions about my move. He was very professional, always on time, and packed and transported my things very carefully. He worked tirelessly, and did an amazing job with my move, making sure all my things were securely wrapped before transporting them.
  Everyone that I worked with was outstanding, and made my move absolutely seamless and stress-free.

That’s a long and draining process. Their team takes care of the heavy lifting and allows their clients to enjoy the moving process while settling into their new space.   Our move was flawless! They arrived on time; communication was great before and during move. They were careful, professional, friendly, and fast! I cannot say enough about the team they sent and Ridge who led the crew for our move. We haven’t moved in 34 years…I highly recommend this company!

  Divel, Cesar, & Fernando were such an amazing team!! They were professional, took great care in handling the items, and worked very efficiently! I would definitely hire them again. Thank you guys for taking the stress out of moving.

  A Arnold is an absolute joke. we hired them to move us from Lawrence Kansas to La Mesa, California in late 2023.
  
  1. They under estimated the size of the move. This required an overflow truck and required our items to be taken off of trucks, stored, then repacked, then moved again and unpacked again. This increases the risk of damage. They said this was our fault but it's their job to accurately estimate the move. however, after the estimate was completed, we rented a large self moving truck and moved a ton of stuff ourselves because I was already working in San Diego and needed a bed etc. Just think if we hadn't? they failed here and failed over and over.
  
  2. Ryan, the semi driver asked to leave 5 days later than the contracted date to go to a baby shower. what? We said ok, because we knew if we said no, he would deliberately ruin our things. Turns out that didn't matter. He and his crew lost, destroyed or ruined about $35,000 worth of our belongings.
  
  3. They lost or stole a $2500.00 floor lamp, shattered a 65" LG OLED tv that they packed. They ruined all of our Brentwood Hone handmade mattresses that they packed. They dropped countless boxes and shattered the contents. They cracked a bookcase, broke an antique barrister bookcase, cracked a very expensive painting, ruined a cantilever outdoor umbrella, Cracked the leg of an antique table...all packed by them. The list goes on and on. Boxes were crushed and items shattered. I've moved myself many times and never broke boxes full of things. I'm sure these minimum wage packers just dropped boxes labeled FRAGILE, for a laugh. Not trying to be mean, but what do they care?
  
  4. The guys that unpacked the truck complained about being underpaid and said they were going to quit. They basically did because they left 50% of our stuff OUTSIDE in the driveway!!! My husband made them come back the next day but trust me, this wasn't easy.
  
  5. Ryan, the semi driver, pressured my husband to sign off on the move the night our stuff was left outside. stupidly, he did.
  
  6. They didn't reassemble some of our things, so when we tried later, parts were missing.
  
  7. The customer service guy sort of tried to help, but he did nothing. He basically said to file a claim. He said he got in trouble for sticking up for us. Nice..... A Arnold reprimanded him for offering customer support. What an awful company!!!
  
  8. Insurance was $1200.00 plus a $500.00 deductible. Soooo, for almost DOUBLE the cost of our homeowners insurance for an entire year, we can file a claim. $1700.00 to insure our stuff For a single move. What a scam!!!! What a joke!!!
  
  9. We have filed a claim and disputed $20,000 with our credit card company. We expect insurance to pay for nothing!!! Even if they do, subtract $1700.00 first.
  
  10. A Arnold is a disgusting company full of fraudsters and thieves. That lamp they stole from me was very important to me and it's just gone. It's gigantic! Where is it?? i should be able to press charges for theft! By the way, they have video in their warehouse showing Ryan remove my lamp from the semi and then, it's just gone.
  
  Oh, I will add this. Ryan did pay for Stanly Steamer to try to clean the mattresses, but we just checked them and the stains have returned, not as dark but it's still gross. These were $2300 a piece.
  
  We are furious. A Arnold didn't care about us. They cared about the money. Their leadership was supposed to call us. Did they? NOPE. A Arnold promised to protect our items. Did they? Absolutely not!!!!

  We moved about two months ago so I am a little behind in my review. So, we were moving from one large apartment (3 bedroom) to another larage apartment (2 bedrooms and a den). We have a lot of stuff. First order of business was to get an estimate from movers. We contacted several different movers, and most would only provide an estimate over the phone. When we contacted A. Arnold they were glad to come out and give us an estimate. I say estimate since it is not a guaranteed rate. What they provide is an estimate of the number of hours they think the move will take and a fixed rate per hour. I will say their hoursly rate was a little higher than other movers, however their rate was for 4 people and most others was for only 3 people, so we got better value. When the estimator came out he walked our apartments and got a good feel for how many hours it would take. Also, there was some things we planned on moving ourselves, which they were fine with. Moving day came and they showed up right on time. Their people continuously worked hard, were professional and courteous. They did a great job wrapping things to protect them during the move. We had wound up moving more stuff ourselves then we had initially anticipated. Their estimate was 8 hours and in actuality it took 6.5 hours. This was the easiest and most stress free move we have ever had. Also, around the time of our move and since we have moved, I have seen other people using different movers. Let me just say the other movers i saw did not wrap and protect their furnishings as well as A. Arnold. You could say it took them more time and we were paying for it, I would say they got everything moved without any damages or issues. When I move again, they are the only ones I am going to call.

  A Arnold helped move my mother today. It was the absolute best!! Colton, Danny and Kenneth took the time to wrap everything properly and delicately moved all of her furniture. They took extra time to make sure her washer and dryer were set up in addition to putting both bedroom sets together. They were a dream in the crazy moving process. I would highly recommend them!!

  We had a great experience with A. Arnold Moving. Garrett and Phil were kind, careful and professional loading up our belongings in Kansas City. Our driver Nate, kept us informed of the delivery date/time in Florida. He too was very kind, careful and professional. We had two stops to make in Florida (one to a storage unit and the other to our home). Nate and his crew were amazingly fast and careful. We would highly recommend A. Arnold Moving!!
