Whenever i’m in town this is typically where I get my gas. It seems to be cheaper of the local places around here. But let me tell you, as far as the atmosphere goes it’s really awkward inside as the workers seem to be on something. The Male stands in front of you literally jumping out of his skin and the female is in a cleaning frenzy. Just very uncomfortable.

It's sad when I pull up to the third 7-Eleven in a row where the employees are not capable of scanning a barcode and taking my cash so that I can add money to my cash app card. Smh... And of course there's no manager on duty why would there be at all three places. Lol.. I get the feeling these are all ran by narcissists because why wouldn't you give your employees the tools to do their job?? It's annoying and unprofessional when your need for mediocre control of mid-level employees dominates your ability to provide semi-decent customer service. Lol. Ummm? I won't be back lol.

Ok since Quick Trip took out all the fancy coffee additives I can say if your going to work or need a pick up 7-ELEVENS COFFEE IS GREAT. Why you as, because they have a machine that makes your fresh brewed cup from beans, they provide French vanilla creamer, hazelnut, cream, coffee MARSHMELLOWS, CINNAMON ECT . ONE DOWNFALL IS WHY TAKE AWAY THE WHIP CREAM???. They also have great little sandwiches made ready to go, lots of drinks, gas, windshield wipe fluid w squeegee however no paper towels ever. That's a bummer for me because I travel and I would like paper towels outside. I'd also love if they would bring whip cream back. Why have company's limited what are choices are because of pandemic??? Its over let's Go!!!!

Open 24/7 and they go above and beyond! I occasionally have a few to many and Doordash 7/11 and the Doordash app doesn't actually show everything they have so when I order original and all they show on the app is chewy, they'll still bring original bc I called. 10/10Follow up... they actually didn't follow through lol but they tried and I respect that ? I'll try again

The store itself is okay. Good selection, items in stock, etc. However the card reader has been broken for months. I always carry cash for situations like that, but it's been multiple months and it's still not fixed. There is one employee who works there (frequently wears a Legend of Zelda hat) who always seems to mess up by scanning something twice or adding an item that I didn't want. Most recently he overcharged me by $4.70 and I was short the 70 cents. He tried to be nice by saying "I'll cover it", without realizing I'd still be overpaying by $4. I don't think it's on purpose. I just think he's bad at math. He acted like I was being rude for not accepting his generosity, and didn't seem to understand that he wasn't saving me 70 cents; just that I was overpaying by $4 instead of $4.70. It took far too much arguing (while people were waiting behind me) before he got it corrected.

My husband went up to the store and the guy name Jamal just threw my husband the bag of stuff he bought. Jamal also through his money at him too. I told my husband that Jamal has no right treating him like that. That was the worst customer service ever. Jamal need to have consequences for what he did.

I tried to caah in my lottery tickets at 9:53 pm , which they stop selling at 10 pm and i was refused to cash mine in from Daniel that was working the evening shift . i will be reporting it to the manager and the lottery commissioner .

Was having a really bad day and stopped in for some smokes around 1:30pm on 9/25. The manager (I believe her name was Nicole) made my day. She got me the two for $4 price on my American Spirit Blacks. I know a small thing but it made me smile. You rock!!!
