I really enjoyed this place when I first started and I learned there's a lot of politics here recently really kind of set me off. We're here all over the floor that the maintenance man Ryan, use the N-word over and over to associate and everybody in the office kept it under the radar. While we all on the floor know all about it and are talking about it, and next thing we know we don't see him for a little bit and he. Reappear, as if nothing happened, it just seemed like a slap on the wrist. We always felt he was racist towards other people. But now the man gets to walk around. Like nothing happened is very unacceptable and I didn't think this company stood with racism like that. I thought they stood against it.We are a lot of minorities that work there and to walk around and see this type of behavior that's very unsettling and make me feel like i'm in the wrong place

Stay away from this place. I went in for an interview and the said explicitly that I got the job and to wait for a call the next day. Never happened and didn’t get the job. I don’t know how they handle their business side, but I wouldn’t trust them just knowing they did that to me (if that’s how they treat people interested in their company).

Paid $800 for the entire front end suspension on my 09' subaru legacy. Received everything in my order except the steering knuckles they forgot to ship and they said it'd take 5 days to ship them to me, which I did not have time to wait. So they refunded me $88 for the pair (purchased as part of a kit for approx. $300) and had to purchase them through a local parts store for $200 each. In the end, them not shipping the knuckles I paid for cost me an extra $300 to get the job done. All they had to do was overnight the knuckles to me to correct their mistake and I would have been a happy customer, but they would not do so. This was my first purchase with 1A Auto.

NEGATIVE STARS
We've been using them for several years for the many cars we own. We've spent thousands with them and have never had a problem. Haven't had an issue until this week. Not sure what has changed there.
Ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered 3/1/24. Arrived today, 3/4/24. We paid extra for UPS shipping since this is a motor part that is desperately needed. We quickly found out the delay today, the package was handed off to USPS.
Open the package and guess what, it's the wrong part. The description and whatnot were completely different for the item on the website - indicating it would fit our vehicle. We called them and they told us we have to pay shipping to ship the erroneous part back. While respectfully letting them know we will not be using them again after this experience, we were met with attitude and hostility.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They will just cancel your order with no explanation. Glad they did though. They’re using the same low quality parts you can find everywhere else.

I ordered a set of cv axles and they sent me some that were no whete near close, I didn’t even have to take them out of the package to tell you they were wrong, and I went to return but they wanted freaking 90$ to ship them back! They sent me the wrong part and wouldn’t cover shipping costs! People were rude total bad experience l! I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on!

Absolutely horrible. If i could give less than one star, i would. I called to place an order with this company that has a "guaranteed fit"... Ordered a passenger-side mirror for a 2016 Ford E-350. THis is to replace a mirror on a moving truck that was damaged. No heated mirror, no electronick of any kind, just a basic mirror. Obviously, timing was an issue, as i needed to return the truck within about a week. A few days later, what arrived was a mirror for an F-350, not the E-350. I called to talk to someone, they said they would send me an email to return it, and asked if i wanted the right one... So i said yes. She confirmed it was an E-350, no electronics, no signals in the mirror, etc. Due to this being a rush, i had to pay an extra 80.00 to have it rush shipped to me. When it arrived, AGAIN IT WAS WRONG! This time it was the E-350, but WITH the signal on the mirror, which obviously DOESNT MATCH the other side... Now, on to the other issue. This company screwed up by sending me the wrong item... TWICE!!! and on top of that, they expect ME to cover the shipping to return it, which for WHATEVER reason, is 150.00. MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE DAMN MIRROR!I will NEVER do business with this slapshot organization again.

Doesn't return calls for interviews, or any HR related topics. If you really want to work there, they don't care and won't tell you thanks or call or email text...why have someone come all the way in have multiple openings and not hire them? That should be the job of HR or the hiring manager....no communication.
