Brad is the best! We broke down just outside Norton while on a road trip and he towed our car very quickly and helped us find a place to stay. He went out of his way to be helpful and reduce the stress of the situation!

Hit a deer just outside of town and did significant damage to the front of our 2017 Silverado 2500. Bumper, grill, fender, headlight, airbags, windshield... Towing service was quick and safe. The work done by the shop is first-rate. The truck looks and drives like-new. The paint match is perfect, body panel alignment is spot on. When we picked it up the interior was cleaner than when we left it with them. ;-) We've been driving it now for several weeks - the phrases "like it never happened" and "good as new" would about cover it. Brad is very friendly and stayed in touch with us via phone (we live 270+ miles away). He kept us informed all through the process (insurance, parts, etc.) Great shop, wish it was a local shop not 4+ hours away.

Towed our vehicle that was driving fine when we drove it to norton but now has a bent tire rod. The way it was driving we could never have driven it to norton in the first place if it had problems before hand. have found from many people and many online accounts this is a common problem caused by towing. Will not take blain for it. Not happy.
