Treated my friend pretty poorly and right after she got out of the hospital.

Treated us like children. Couldn't attend my aunts memorial service because I would have to be gone over night as it was hours away. Knowing staff would NEVER miss a loved ones event or avoid spending time with loved ones while moarning. Curfew is 5:30 unless ur going to their addicts group (which u should do even if not an addict to get a break from this place for a evening) there is no where to be alone when PTSD is triggered or if u just need a break. Rooms are 3 deep with strangers unless u have kids. Staff is gossipy and starts a lot of drama. And the weekend night staff will lie about residents just to sound good to Brian.

Yet i see on there facebook page rhat they have taken tansiets from texas and othsr places look at their fa ebook and it will tell you! How are you helping people if you allow no help to people in need ! Brian was very rude and i was very rude baxk! You only help who you want to help and thats a shame i wish i could give zero stats. Karma and God will take care of you eventually

Service was bad they wouldn't come to the door for a very long time. I wanted to visit a friend. When they did finally arrive, they told me to get off their property and that visits were strictly prohibited. I understand policy, but they were so rude in presenting them. Very disappointing.

If you are serious about getting your life back on track despite whatever circumstances led up to you having to start over then this is the place you need to be. I have never had people so supportive of helping me get my life back together as the good people at New Hope Shelter (Shout out to Shonda, Brian, Pat, Betty, and Jacob)This is not your typical Shelter. This is a New Hope for those who may think they have none.
