Damaged package. Sent to wrong address. My address is clearly west, NOT sw! Got lucky people living at other address knows me. If they didn't, I would have lost the package.

A package was delivered to our business that wasn't ours. When I called customer service, she said I'd "signed" for it -- even though they don't allow us to sign anything because of COVID. They used the signature they had on file for me, and now we are liable for that package....that doesn't belong to us. This is unacceptable from a company whose ONE job is to deliver packages.

I can't get reach a real person to say that FedEx dropped off my package at my door which has a huge sign on it saying, " Please use the east door." I can't even reach you to voice my complaint. My package was outside for 4 days in the rain. Luckily it was not damaged.
