Damaged package. Sent to wrong address. My address is clearly west, NOT sw! Got lucky people living at other address knows me. If they didn't, I would have lost the package.

I ordered 2 of the exact same chairs one for me and one for my husband not only was it delayed but only one chair showed up

I can't get reach a real person to say that FedEx dropped off my package at my door which has a huge sign on it saying, " Please use the east door." I can't even reach you to voice my complaint. My package was outside for 4 days in the rain. Luckily it was not damaged.
