Manager Brandy was so rude, I asked her a question and she just pointed and said "is that it?" I cant believe a company would put someone like that in charge but with how poorly the store is run I guess thats why.

I'm writing this as more of I hope this improves but the checkout experience at this location is just bad. There is not enough people there checking out customers or you need more self check out lanes running. Either way people are waiting in longs lines that go into aisles. Some people were getting angry because there wasn't a clear line for self checkout since it was a jumble of people.Due to the long lines at self checkout I decided to try the regular checkout lane for the first time in many months. Went faster then checking myself out. Sadly, I discovered 4 hours later that somehow I left there missing a $10 item that I paid for but was missing from my bags.

My spouse went to Dillon’s to pick up my RX medication, and was informed they no longer take Tricare (health insurance for active duty military members), which seems odd considering there are millions of people who use Tricare… but hey, that’s their prerogative. So my spouse asks why they no longer accept Tricare, and the pharmacist assistant says: “because it’s too inconvenient and we are losing money”. That’s really special. Good thing none of the active duty military members who use Tricare think it’s too inconvenient to serve the country. Thanks, Dillon’s, that’s very patriotic of you. Way to support the troops.

Shopping at either Dillons is like having a moody teenager at home. Its easier to nail jello to a tree.If I were able to recover all the dollars they've eloquently manage to keep from my wallet I could live out my life on a cruise ship instead of a nursing home. I believe they have some amazing foods. Shopping there is as expensive as the big box store just down the road any more... If you have their card, app, and if you clip every eligible coupon and digital coupon... But only 150. They'll expose you to more than 600 and sometimes 150 means 147. And even you manage to save the gas points, the North end gas station will up to . 0.03 off per gallon. And yes Ive talked to customer service... Too many times. The reps need more training and perhaps a few anger management classes. One last thing and it poses this question: ... Or two. Can you adjust the scanner and baggin area so that consumers aren't spending far to much time, waiting for "(help, ij
