What could have been a painless interaction and service turned into a nightmare. I suggest working on your customer service skills and maybe say something up front if there could be an issue. You kept my vehicle for 24 hours without a single update even though you only looked at it for about 5 minutes according to my dash cam. I understand shop mentalities as I work in one also, but you never know who is watching and listening so always be professional and honest. Thankful I no longer have a warranty so I don’t need to deal with dealerships like this.

Bret, Marcus, and Edgar all three made my car buying experience great. I had my two children with me, and the fast process, snacks, and entertainment made for a less than stressful car buying/trade in process.

Great place to bring your car. Service is outstanding. Don has been working on my 2005 chrysler town and country since I purchased it. I recently used their service that delivered my car to my house. I was very pleased. The service manager was really great ?.
