We had to walk since there were no Ubers in town to pick up our vehicle from a recall repair and instead of they offered to pick us up in a Conlin car and sent Jason. It was so wonderful and kind and is the reason I’m leaving this review right now. Thank you, Jason!

Our salesperson was Jamie she did an awesome job. Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all! Marcus the sales Mgr seemed honest friendly and fair. Test drove our new car and they got us the color we wanted by next morning!

We want to thank the service department for their help when we had a def code show up on our truck on the way to a rodeo! We were coming from Montana to Oklahoma and had 3 kids and 4 horses and it was late on a Friday! You all stayed late and got us on our way and we cannot express how much we appreciate you all! Thank you so much for your sympathy and taking such good care of us!

Conklin Ford Newton: My husband Charles and I want to thank you for going out of your way to help us find a good solution to our problem. Marilyn and Brett worked with us one long afternoon as we were given several possibilities. We enjoyed the vehicles we traded in for our new Ford Maverick short bed pickup. Due to my health and difficulty with walking it was nearly impossible for me to pull myself up into our extended cab pickup. The wonderful Honda CRV my husband bought for me last year from Conklin I could no longer drive. We were stuck and then there was insurance, taxes and fuel not to mention upkeep on the two. The situation was rectified when Marilyn brought the Maverick “ just to take for a quick ride “ lol. We realized how it took care of our needs now. A bit of paperwork later then off we drove in our NEW vehicle. What shocked us both is the fact we did not really miss the dear old vehicles. We were so blessed to be working with people we knew at Conklin Ford in Newton. It is wonderful to work with agents who know their business and understood our physical and fiscal needs. Excelente e rápido atendimento . Descobriram o problema na minha truck rapidamente. São educados e muito prestativos . Antes de chama-lós infelizmente eu gastei quase $ 1000 dólares com Road Service da cidade e não resolveram meu problema. Foram embora e abandonaram os serviço. Não façam isso. Levem direto para Ford e não sejam enganados.

Have been using Conklin for the service on all of our vehicles for about 5 years. I like the smaller town feel of the Newton location and the employees are wonderful to work with. I’ve used the larger ford dealerships in Wichita for service in the past but I prefer Conklin. Laura is the greatest!!!
