Totally unhelpful...ended up telling me to shop somewhere else since I did not start my search for medals with Sundowner. Will not recommend this business to anyone wanting good service.

What a wonderful experience it was dealing with Gail, he did such a great job on our trophies. We will definitely use his services again. The lady that works for him doesn't seem to know her place. I'm sure Mr. Steel will be able to straighten her out.
